Suitcase was as described. Perfect size for cabin luggage and very sturdy. Great quality item.

This company is a joke I bought…

This company is a joke I bought garlands at Christmas from Debenhams where Driebach had advertised them and have had nothing but grief trying to return them first it was trying to get a return label and now 13/02/26 and still not refunded have tried emailing company directly and also phone number for customer service are both invalid

Still Waiting On REFUND

Still awaiting feedback since Mike told me to get in touch with him on the 11th Feb re: postage refund

*****After receiving a reply from Dreibach (Mike) on 11th Feb which noted my refund has been processed, I have yet to receive it, and I have since made contact twice, no reply😡😡
Such bad customer service

Placed an order through Amazon for Dreibach goods.
The delivery of the order was significantly delayed and, as a result, the items were no longer required. I therefore requested a refund and returned the goods. Despite the delay being outside of my control, I was required to pay the return postage myself.

I have confirmation that the goods were received back by Dreibach, however, I am still awaiting a refund for both the returned items and the return postage costs. To date, no refund has been processed, and no clear communication has been provided regarding the delay.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service.

I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially after a delayed delivery and then having to arrange the return.

I can confirm the refund has now been processed. Because the order was placed via Amazon, the refund is handled through Amazon’s system and timing/visibility can sometimes sit outside of our direct control once it’s been submitted.

If anything still doesn’t look right (or if you’d like us to review the return postage side with you), please email customerservice@dreibach.co.uk
and mark it FAO Mike. If you include your Amazon order number and any return/refund references, we’ll check everything immediately and make sure you’re fully sorted.

DISAPPOINTED.…

I received an email from this company telling me I would get 10% off my first order - I duly placed my order - did not get the 10% off - I have exchanged a number of emails with them but seem to be getting nowhere - have been constantly told they will look into it - nothing seems to be happening - be aware.
