We are a group of walkers and had a fantastic stay at Tayview. The accommodation was perfect for a large group with big kitchen and dining area. Plenty of relaxing room and comfortable sizeable bedrooms. The contact team were very responsive and helpful too. I would recommend it.

Had an amazing couple of days at Edengrove in Aberfeldy. The house is beautiful and cosy which was much appreciated. Beds very comfy. Perfect location minutes from beautiful local pottery, art and gift shops or walks to The Birks or the watermill bookshop/cafe.

Fernbank was the perfect setting for our recent reunion - we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more as it ticked all the boxes on space, comfort and local entertainment. Any queries were warmly and efficiently responded to by Jimmy and Gina, and their suggestions of local activities were much appreciated. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We've just had another wonderful stay at Fernbank House. It’s the perfect space for large groups. There were 13 of us this time, and the layout worked brilliantly. Those happy to share could do so comfortably, while others who preferred their own space had their own rooms which is a great balance!
One of the standout features is the number of bathrooms compared to bedrooms. It’s rare to find, and so appreciated when staying with a bigger group. The whole house is absolutely spotless, and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped, making catering for large parties not just easy, but genuinely enjoyable.
Booking was simple and the admin team make sure that all your requests and needs are met.
We’ve already booked to come back in August and December – and we can’t wait!

Fernbank House is a large, versatile, characterful, beautiful, welcoming property which is able to accommodate large families, groups of friends comfortably. We have stayed there twice now delivering two retreats and our guests have particularly enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and outdoor classes in the garden area. The kitchen is well equipped and most of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms which is unusual in a house of this size. The house is spotlessly clean and the location is fabulous with so much on your doorstep.....restaurants, outdoor activities, cafes, shops, etc! The house and garden are also dog friendly but there are no doggy smells in the house or evidence that dogs have stayed there if you're not a doggy person!
The owners and their admin team could not have been more helpful in the run up to our stays, and during, which is a huge comfort, knowing that if something was to go wrong help is at hand.
I cannot recommend Fernbank House more highly!
