Was an easy ordering process and it arrived within a week which was great

What is imprtant to me and my experience great is the quality of the drills and how well the fit on the canvas . I know there are going to be some gaps but with the improvement they have made with the drills are great love the canvas nice and soft my only complaint for me is the size they are so big makes it difficult to work on that’s just my opinion

I ordered Dreamers pillows. It took weeks before they arrived. They smelled awful, very hard and small size so I contacted the company for refund, but sending the items back to China didn't make sense, so I agreed to keep the pillows and they would send me upgraded pillows at no charge. This was three months ago. No pillows and no response to my emails.

I was going to place an order, once I got to shipping it says pay 1.50 for shipping protection, if you opt out they are not liable if it gets lost? Definitely not a company I want to shop at. Penny pitching anything . I will continue to shop at Diamond art club. More expensive but well worth it.

Ordered a custom got two square sections in and ran out diamonds and still no replacements have been sent to me
For price pay they should come with enough diamonds never again will I order from this company this is ridiculous so much for Xmas gift

Ordered 2 kits . One was going to be a Xmas gift . Wrong colour drills were sent . Nearly 3 months gone by . Numerous emails back and forth .
I will stick with Diamond Art club in future

I have been dealing with Dreamer Designs for over two years. Most of my numerous dp kits are theirs and I have never been disappointed. Their kits are of high quality and I find them to be reputable and honest. Their customer service is second to none! Every time I have contacted them, they have responded cheerfully and gone above and beyond. Recently, I had a catastrophic drill spill that took out seven colors and they quickly sent replacements. They truly value their customers.

There was an offer where I only had to pay postage and would get a free diamond art but 3 weeks later still waiting for it. I just want my money back very poor company. I won't be using this company again

Honestly this is the best experience I've had with any company online. I had a couple questions while shopping an it helped that they had Customer Service agents through their chat while you're shopping. They are a US based company so I think I got my item in less than a week. I love that they have a rewards system set up so the more you buy the more rewards you get. Their portraits are super high quality to the gems to the canvas itself and it makes me feel like I could have easily spent a lot more for them. I've ordered so many times from this company it's crazy definitely order from them you are not going to regret it.
