Very bad . Order is never delivered. And i don’t get my money back

I ordered three of the mats. I only received them after I made a complaint with paypal. They do not attract dirt and after I washed one it disintegrated in my washing machine, what a mess! I asked to return the other two for a refund and was told the only refunds they give are if the rugs are damaged in shipping. What a scam and crap product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

The Magic Mat is cheap & flimsy. There is no backing & it fell apart in the washer. It looks nothing like the mats on their website.

Damn poor wanna be company ... The only think they good at is taking your money for poor quality products with a big run around from customer service ... RUN FROM anything these flakes are offering

Dream blessing more like a nightmare- do not buy from this company - what they deliver bares no resemblance to what is shown online and the customer service is poor - surprised facebook is happy to let them advertise on their site!

I ordered one of their so-called magic rugs in gray. Instead I received after 3 months a powder blue cheap bathroom rug. So deceptive! I emailed them and they said I had a 10 day window to complain. I saw that nowhere on their website. Since I paid through PayPal, I opened a dispute. Storm Media told them to have me return the rug at my own expense. Such BS! They should've sent me a shipping label. PayPal is complicit in this scam. It cost way more to pay for return shipping so I will be out $19.29. I would advise to lodge complaints with Consumer Affairs and FTC. I am glad we will be raising tariffs on this dishonest country.

I ordered two of their magic rugs. Took forever to get, and I ended up with dollar store bath mats. They look nothing like what they advertise. They have no backing as advertised. I have been back and forth with them several times. They say the items have to be damaged for them to refund. I said- well, they are damaged! They are awful and not what I paid for. They apologize in broken English, but they won’t do anything. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with the same issue. Do NOT order!!!

Horrible products and even worst customer service. I bought 3 rugs from them spent 65 dollars they fell apart I washed them like I should and all non slip back came off. I reached out to them and they email they only get refunds for damage good and only if there damage in transit. I can't believe a company wouldn't stand by their products.

I bought floor mats spent a fortune yet never recieved them. They say it's out of their hands and can't refund me my money. I have been disputing with them since Feb. Don't buy from this company total scam

I ordered 2 of their "magic "carpet" non-slip doormats received 2 poorly made "bathmats" to put at my front and back doors. I spent $50 and waited 7 weeks for that. I have been emailing them that it's unacceptable and I want a refund, but they tell me that they only refunded your purchase if it s defect or damaged. So i have opened a dispute Paypal.... Let s see !...

Total rip off. Crap made in China and unreliable. Will never use them again.

I ordered 3 of their "magic non-slip doormats received 3 poorly made "bathmats" to put at my front and back doors. I spent $60 and waited 6 weeks for that. I have been emailing them that it's unacceptable and I want to be reimbursed, and I was told I wouldn't be reimbursed because they only refunded your purchase if it had arrived damaged. That is not what their refund policy states. The refund policy says you can return your order and request a refund if you are not satisfied with it, but they don't tell you where to send the order or whether you will actually be refunded. The fact that I received something that looks nothing like what I ordered doesn't qualify for a refund. The rugs are not the same, there is no "non-slip" back, and they're not even the same color. I emailed them photos and requested a refund again, but they are no longer responding. Total scam. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Don't buy from them.

I got the confirmations from the buy from this compagny, but it is Storm Media Limited, cashing the payment.
