Bought a mask from their website
Bought a mask from their website. You can’t believe the problems:
1. Let’s start with this problem: Their first email to me confirming my purchase, as well as their website says that you have to register the device within 30 days to get the one year warranty. It is not automatic. They measure 30 days from the date of online purchase… not date of delivery, of which they have an email from their shipping co. as to when the device was delivered (which was 10 days after ordering). I digress: then the links to register did not work, so I have to ask for a link by emailed CS , that took 5 days for them to send the link. (the timeframe was a problem as it was a Christmas gift, so it sat under the tree for 2 weeks)
2. The packaging insert included a very specific direction on the type of wall charger usb port you must use. (a cord did come with the mask, but no port). Try looking at any usb you have in your home, they do not list the type of port they are. So I bought one on Amazon.
3. I plugged the mask in, and charged it, as the directions stated. Nothing, nada (the light was on during charging). So I try the chat feature on their site, don’t do that, it’s a bot. Then I call, no one answers. So I start emailing CS. They tell me to take pictures of all kinds of stuff: the usb port and it’s purchase, a video of me unplugging the mask and then trying to turn it on… . Each video was too large to send… this process was a fiasco. This took about two weeks of emails.
4. Finally, they sent me a label to send the mask back. I did ask for a replacement, not a return.
5. I received the replacement mask in average time. I then go to their site to register the new mask, and after doing so, they email me that the replacement mask will not be covered under any warranty…and I was to read the fine print. So I read the fine print. Yep, no coverage for an exchange…. Even though the first mask never turned on.
6. I email CS that I now want to return this replacement mask. I had to email back and forth with them 17 different emails to get a label (I just now went into my emails and counted, so I could accurately write this review).
7. And I had 21 emails regarding the first mask, and I counted 19 different pictures that were sent.
Save yourself………………….
