Perfect experience from start to finish.

I chose Dr Berat because of his ethos in rejuvenating and giving you a refreshed look as opposed to making it obvious you have had your face pulled. The consultation was an hour long where we discussed what I didn't like and he also explained why I did not like those areas and what could be done to fix them. A tailored surgical plan was made. Point to note here is that I had already had a facelift elsewhere several years ago which wasn't particularly successful, so this was classed as a revision surgery which is more complicated and delicate. We then hot footed it to the hospital for pre op tests which included bloods, xray and ecg plus a meeting with the anaesthetist, which took less than an hour. Next day was surgery day.

Surgery day came and my operation took 6 hrs in total. At the hospital I had my own pain management device so I did not have to rely on the ward nurses, plus for the first night I even had a private nurse provided by Dr Berat. These 2 services are given to all. I stayed 2 nights at the hospital.

After discharge I was seen several times for reviews, wound checks and dressing changes with Dr Berat. All medications were supplied and we were given medications and scar creams to go home with. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and efficient and you felt like a friend to the team rather than just a patient number.

Fatma who is Dr Berats wife works as his coordinator and all communications are handled by her and she is really lovely. She always answers you even if you think your question is a little silly.

If you want a tailored solution suitable for you and not a tick box exercise, one size fits all approach, then please consider Dr Berat. My friend also had surgery and although on paper we both needed a deep plane face and neck lift, we ended up with very different surgical plans. I had the following:

My experience with Dr Berat has been first class from day one. From the initial consultation through to the administrative support, everything has been handled with exceptional professionalism and care.
It began with an independent consultation, followed by excellent pre-operative support, the surgery itself, and then dedicated aftercare. I was provided with my own nurse who remained with me throughout the first night following surgery, which was incredibly reassuring.
The aftercare has truly been second to none. I experienced an issue with my left eye post-surgery, and first thing on Monday an appointment was arranged with an ophthalmologist to ensure it was due to swelling only, with no complications or damage. I was transported and accompanied by two of Dr Berat’s nurses, which was extremely reassuring. I was also given an additional prescription to help manage the issue.
Throughout my recovery, Fatma was always available day or night and responded promptly to any concerns I had. Dr Berat, his wife, and the private nursing team have all been extremely attentive and supportive at every stage.
All appointments, both before and after surgery, including airport transfers, were arranged and transport was provided, making the entire process seamless.
Before and after photos were taken throughout my two-week stay in Turkey, and I have also been offered a follow-up appointment in the UK when Dr Berat and Fatma visit for scheduled consultations.
At my final appointment, I was provided with additional medication to help manage swelling after my flight home, as well as a cream in case of infection. Fortunately, these were not needed, but it was very reassuring to have them available.
I was also discharged with comprehensive details of my surgery and aftercare instructions.
I genuinely cannot fault the care and professionalism of Dr Berat’s clinic. The attention to detail and level of support provided has been outstanding.

I am writing this to warn others based on my experience with Dr. Berat Cigdem. While I initially went in for a Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift, the results have been life-altering in the worst way possible.

According to my medical records and subsequent evaluations, the initial surgery left me with significant structural and functional issues that required medical necessity for a revision. Specifically:

Forehead Deformity: Visible dents, skin folds, and contour irregularities.

Cobra-Neck Deformity: The neck lift failed to address the platysmal bands, which recurred and resulted in a "Cobra-neck" appearance.

Pixie Ear Deformity: My earlobes were pulled down and pointed—a sign of a poorly executed facelift where tension is placed on the skin rather than the underlying structure.

Loose skin and jowels that made me look worse than my before pictures . I am devistated

These weren't just "aesthetic preferences"—they were anatomical failures described in a document by Dr. Berat himself as deformities that required surgical intervention to restore normal function and structure.

I returned to the clinic to undergo the planned revision procedures (Revision Forehead Lift and Revision Extended Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift) after living with these deformities for one year. Sadly, despite being told these would correct the previous mistakes, it is still not looking good. To make matters worse, since the revision failed to yield the promised results, I am in a state of extreme physical and emotional distress.

Communication has now completely broken down with the surgeon following a disagreement regarding these failed results. I did appologise , however I have documented everything. I am willing to share all documents, medical reports, and photos privately with anyone who wishes to verify the truth of this experience. Trustpilot is also welcome to access all documentation should the clinic dispute this review; I have videos, photos, and signed medical reports to prove every word.

Please do your research and be extremely cautious before trusting this clinic with your face. There are no reviews or photos of patients over a year post surgery ask yourself why this is and do not gaslight by their fake and false promises . If you disagree or complain you are blocked and booted out their social media platforms
If you complain you are threatened with legal proceedings leaving many patients scared .
I will be contacting all authorities in Turkey to report this despite being threatened.

A predictable response from a clinic that prioritizes its 'best of the best' image over human accountability. It seems to be a recurring theme: you are welcomed with open arms during the consultation, but the moment you become a 'complication' or a critic, you are blocked, barred, and cast out as 'abusive.'
It’s easy to look good when you curate your community by removing anyone with a valid complaint. Real transparency isn't just about showing your best work; it’s about not abandoning or legalistically silencing the people whose lives and faces haven’t been 'perfected' by your hands. The volume of messages only proves how much distress I was in and how little the clinic did to actually resolve the issue."

While I have already apologized for my frustration during our last call, the clinic’s attempt to use my emotional distress as a reason to 'discontinue interaction' is a convenient way to avoid accountability. I am a human being, not a robot. After a primary surgery and a revision both failed to meet the promised standards, I was in significant physical and emotional pain. My reaction was not 'abuse'; it was the desperation of a patient who feels twice-failed by a surgeon they trusted with their face. It is easy for a doctor to remain calm when they aren't the ones living with the physical consequences."

I had a septorhinoplasty on 24 March 2026. My nose was crooked, had a hump, and my septum was deviated. The most important thing is to research, research, and research — and not go to a foreign country and an unfamiliar clinic hoping that things will just work out.
I traveled alone, and when you are by yourself, everything can feel more frightening. However, all my fears disappeared after the first visit to the clinic. The entire process before and after the surgery is very well thought out and designed to be quick and convenient. Both before and after the operation, the clinic is only a phone call or message away, and you feel supported at all times.
The entire team of Dr. Berat are wonderful, kind, helpful, and warm people. 😊
My nose is still healing and the final result is still far away, but even now it is clear that all the problem areas have been corrected. The final result will be visible in about 12 months, and the healing process is actually a little exciting as you can see your nose improving and becoming more beautiful every day.

I visited Dr Berat recently and had a deep plane neck and face lift, temporal lift and upper and lower blepharoplasty and CO2 laser treatment with exosomes. I also had a breast reduction. I went to Turkey with my daughter Sarah, who had a mummy makeover.
Dr Berat had been recommended to us in January 2025 and we attended for an initial consultation in February 2025. We then booked our surgeries for January 2026. During the 11 months after arranging the surgery, the team kept in touch and answered all our questions and concerns. Dr Berat and his wife Fatma, who works closely with him to organise everything and is the main point of contact regularly do online chats and are always ready to answer your questions and explain procedures and after care. They also arrange trips to various cities in the UK to address groups who may be considering surgery.
I was apprehensive before the surgery and a bit nervous. But I needn't have been. Everything went so well and I am delighted with my results. I am 69 this year and didn't expect such good results but I am amazed at how much younger I look.
The care before, during and after the surgery was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and you know that the team, Dr Berat, Fatma and the 2 nurses really care. All pick ups from the airport, and from your hotel to the hospital and clinic are included.

Were recommended to Dr Berat Clinic by our dentist Antlara Dental in Antalya Turkey. We are from the Uk England we live in Derbyshire. Of course we were nervous. Surgery in Turkey. But Dr Berats qualifications and certificates are very impressive. And we met with Dr Berat and his staff initially in person Feb 2025 while we were in Turkey having work done for our teeth. We booked our surgeries for January this year 2026 and in between that first in person meeting in February we had numerous support, consultations virtually up until our surgery date 3 weeks ago. To say we absolutely made the correct choice and surgeon with Dr Berat is a huge Yes!! Not only have the surgeries gone extremely well there has been minimal swelling or pain for both myself and my mum. My procedure was tummy tuck, lipo 360 and breast implants. My mum had breast reduction and face lift. I honestly feel in my case (my mum is doing her own separate review for her surgery ) the skills and techniques used in my surgeries have been very very professional and precise. The reason for me wanting this surgery wasn’t in vain. My breasts were very small and very loose skin in proportion to my body and have been like that all my life. After having my son the skin laxity just got worse. I have lost a lot of weight over the years and gained and also due to a C Section with my son I was left with a large overhang pouch no matter how much I trained in the gym. The Lipo 360 was needed as I have never had a normal bellybutton and this was the main reason. Dr Berat took all of this on board. So tentatively so caring and you can tell he wants to make sure his patients have the results they want as it means so much to them. I honestly cannot tell you how happy I am. 3 weeks post op and I’m doing fantastic. My healing is going very well. My scar is minimal and he made sure to put low under my pant line. My breasts are very natural and beautiful and I already have full feeling back on my right nipple. You can see where he has carefully and skillfully contoured the lipo to give me the best shape possible based on my figure and body shape. My bellybutton omg honestly I’ve cried so much with happiness. I can’t explain it. If you know you know !! I now have a normal outy perfect bellybutton not a gaping hole that folds over !! Dr Berat doesn’t cut corners in surgery. He spends time. He also will not allow you to be under for more than 6 hours due to safety and he only operates on a Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday. And it’s 1 patient. Not several. I also respected and loved his passion for the science of it all. And he openly and passionately discusses and explains this to you the day before your surgery. Everything is explained. Nothing is too much trouble. He doesn’t pressure you to get “sales” he’s genuine. Honest. And caring. He also works to the anatomy of your body. For example if I wanted very large breasts. He wouldn’t perform the surgery. He only performs the implants that are in the healthy range for your anatomy and that’s all explained at your consultation the day before surgery once he’s taken all the relevant measurements. He also said to me when he visited me the day after my surgery in hospital “ I was thinking of how you would look under the lights in a nice dress when I was fitting your implants “ I’m a singer and that level of care and thought is just unbelievable that he wanted me to look my best on stage performing. Such a lovely caring man !! Who takes pride in his work. Moving on to his beautiful, caring, funny, warmhearted, lovely wife Fatma oh my goodness. This is why Dr Berat Clinic works. She’s just amazing. She looks after you so so well nothing is too much trouble and I felt so loved and cared for. I doubt you would get this service with the many clinics and companies in Turkey who offer surgeries. She kept intouch with me throughout this whole process. And she cares so so much. From picking you up for appointments to making sure you have everything. Genuine care. Not fake. We were taken to hospital the day before our surgeries and everything is so professional and efficient from bloods, to ECG, chest x rays, meetings with anaesthetic doctor. All your insurance with them is explained. Safety is priority at Dr Berat. And that was very clear from the moment we arrived in Antalya to have our surgery. She visited in hospital numerous times and anything we needed she organised. The 2 private nurses are just amazing. Surgery nurse. And post operation nurse. Oh my goodness. Ich habe vor etwa 5 Monaten eine Operation an meiner Ohrmuschel in dieser Klinik durchführen lassen. Leider war das Ergebnis katastrophal. Die Wunde wurde schlecht vernäht, die Heilung ist ungleichmäßig, und eine Ohrmuschel ist deutlich größer als die andere geblieben. Die gesamte Prozedur war ein Desaster. Die Klinik bietet keine Rückerstattung oder Unterstützung an. Ich kann diese Klinik niemandem empfehlen – auch wenn es günstig ist, gehen Sie dort bitte nicht hin.

About 5 months ago, I had ear surgery at this clinic. Unfortunately, the result was disastrous. The wound was poorly stitched, the healing is uneven, and one of my ears ended up significantly larger than the other. The entire procedure was a disaster. The clinic offers no refund or support. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone – even if it is cheap, do not go there.

The whole team are brilliant. Dr Berat fixed my neck that frankly was an absolute mess after a failed treatment in the uk. I hated it so badly i was embarrassed i actually paid to look like it!. I was really scared and thinking of backing out but I’m so glad i didn’t. He was absolutely the best choice for me and there’s never a question that goes unanswered even months later. He’s a really nice person and his wife is a real gem. I highly recommend him and am so grateful to him.

When committing to surgery abroad it’s important to do your research and be confident in your surgeon. I felt really at ease with Dr Berat, particularly that he engaged so fully with prospective patients and you were able to speak to others who were in or had been in the process beforehand. On arrival everything was taken care of so beautifully. Fatma (Dr Berat’s wife and administrator) made sure that care was available before, during and after and the whole surgical team was efficient and first class. While I’m still in recovery, I can already see what has been achieved and I’m thrilled wit( the results, even at an early stage. I can only speak most highly of the treatment and care I have received and would recommend to anyone wanting a top class surgeon.

Initial contact - great super friendly always answered questions appeared to be attentive. Lots of video calls over what’s app.
Day before surgery- Fatima met me at the hotel to take me to the hospital to get pre op checks completed. Super friendly but slightly fake. Checks completed at a public hospital with lots of Turkish patients having day to day services
We then drove back to dr berets office. I paid the money and once I paid I detected a change in Fatima’s attentiveness. Got what they wanted now it didn’t matter so much
Next day I went to the same hospital and surgery was performed.
Hospital experience was horrendous not what I thought I was going to get.i was told I would get a nurse for 24 hrs after. I was left in a room on a ward full of other public patients. I asked for water was told I don’t need it as I was on a drip to stop me dehydrating. I got myself out of bed and used the walls to support and guide me to the water machine as I could hardly see due to swelling. I was asked to walk up and down the corridor with my top half naked of course I refused but I also got really upset. They thought I was still so drowsy after the surgery I wasn’t aware of what was happening. Joke is my daughter wanted to stay with me I said no it’s ok I have care after. This really was not the case.

Outcome of surgeries.
Facelift- I feel like I need another as the outcome was not as improved as I expected. Neck lift and lip lift great expectations were met.
Upper bleph and temporal brow one side of my face is no longer asymmetrical. One eyebrow moves whilst the other doesn’t at all so the eye does not look as open. I contacted dr beret and was advised to wait at least 6 months. I did better than that and left it for 1 year as this is the time for full recovery. I contacted dr beret again and was told I will receive a video calls. 1 week later no call his wife Fatima said he had flu but he was still very active on social media. I called again and arranged another call and no call came after that they ignored me. At the initial consultation I was told any corrective surgery would be free. The truth is he won’t keep to his word because you can’t get hold of him. I paid £7400 and now have to pay to get my eyes and brows corrected because of the mess he as made and left me so self conscious.. I looked better before the surgery. There only interest is getting ur money after that you are on ur own once you get back to your destination. "I have no reason to lie I’m not one to write reviews but I would hate someone else to be in the same position I am in. Save more money to get a better surgeon he comes across as professional but the money is the motivation

What a lovely man he is, he also has perfect English and was very reassuring. Not only that, he gave me incredible results. I couldn’t be happier with my chin lipo, tummy tuck and 360 lipo.

I had upper eyelid surgery combined with a temporal lift with Dr. Berat Çiğdem in December 2024, and it has been almost a year — yet the results are extremely disappointing. The asymmetry is very noticeable, the scars are still visible, and there was absolutely no results from the temporal lift. And I feel so unconfident about my eyes.

Before the surgery, I already had a bad gut feeling about this doctor, and sadly, I was right. The outcome has left me feeling botched at the age of 21, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through what I did.

They offered me a revision, but I don’t trust him to touch my face again — I would rather pay for a proper revision with a truly skilled and experienced surgeon.

I’m writing this to warn others not to waste their time, money, or trust. Many bad reviews seem to get deleted or denied, but people deserve to know the truth.

I recently flew from the UK to Dr. Berat's Clinic for a Deep plane face and neck lift, Temperal lift, Upper Blepharoplasty and a Fat Transfer.
It's been almost 4 weeks since my surgery and I am so happy with my results so far.
I am so glad I chose Dr. Berat as he is a very professional and highly skilled surgeon.
I'm not lying when i say he has made me look fifteen years younger!
