Drain Doctor - York Omdömen

Rapid response to enquiry about a quote.
Professional and friendly onsite advice from Ian.

We regularly need to use Drain Doctor and they are always prompt, courteous, friendly and they go above and beyond to explain/show me the problems in our poorly designed office. I have used different companies in the past, I will only use Drain Doctor (York) now.

Excellent professional workmanship. Reliable, on time, executed well.

Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything regarding the work he was quoting for us.

Our blocked toilet was resolved without any issue's by Ian. I would recommend Drain Doctors.

Very good- Owen was a commensurate professional and sorted the issue we had with the drains very quickly. He gave advice on how to prevent future problems and was reasonably cheap to say he came from Thirsk to sort our problem out- highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Well done Owen - top job 👍

Called the company about a blocked drain at our farm within two hours they were with us. The chap that came was brilliant it was a mucky job but he persisted and managed to clear it too man, would recommend them to anyone really obliging and well ran company.

Prompt and efficient service. Very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Drain Doctor. Been having a sporadic toilet blockage issue for several months, and it's now been resolved. Camera inserted into the drain found the problem and it's finally been sorted out.

I cannot praise this company highly enough.
This is the second time I have had cause to use them.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ian arrived on-time and did a great, thorough job. Knowledgeable, friendly and polite - couldn’t have had better service. Much appreciated.
