Really great customer service from Tom from DrainDoctor. He quickly resolved the blocked waste pipe and gave me some helpful tips on disinfecting the area and keeping the drains in good working order. Friendly, professional, and a pleasure to chat with. Thanks, Tom!

Really excellent service start to finish.
From calling the office to make an appointment, quote visit and then the work being done has all been amazing. Tom and Joe were lovely, clearly explained everything and gave brilliant advice on next steps, as well as working hard for 2 days (soon to be a 3rd day!) to get our pipes repaired. Couldn’t recommend higher for anyone who is having any kind of plumbing issue!

Really great service - was out within 24 hours and found the issue straightaway! If only my water company was this efficient!!

The operator was excellent and experienced. Talked through the issue and said he could fix the issue.
All it too though was just one “plunge” and it was fixed in a matter of seconds.
You feel a bit “done over” when your charged the fixed fee of £335 though for something which was so straightforward.
A lesson learnt for me but the price should be calculated after the job is completed.

Sent my query Thursday morning and was quickly phoned back by a very pleasant lady who explained what would happen next. Tom arrived soon after and because the problem was complex has been back today Saturday and will come again tomorrow to finish the work. I've been very impressed. He's extremely polite and professional and explains everything he needs to do. Definitely goes the extra mile. Hoping that the problems I've had with tree roots and my drains is finally sorted

Great service at a reasonably price.

Four days commencing at 8AM never appeared before 10.00
Not fully equipped equipment needed from elsewhere.
Promised video and photos of the problem , no video available.
Only five hours spent in total in the first two days, used a digger and did complete in the last two days.
Job satisfactory quality eventually.

Trying to be as fair as possible, communications with very polite DD can be frustrating. A plumber did not arrive at the planned time and it took several phone calls to the company before two eventually arrived a few hours later.

Big Tom and Harry are polite and friendly and know their stuff. It’s just frustrating when promised call backs don’t happen.

Engineer turned up and charged me £140 to assess the problem.said if he put a camera down drains he had to charge me. How else could he assess what the problem is other than than put a camera down my drains which are under concrete ? The company falsely advertises free assessment of problem and then charges you £140..00 for very basic camera footage down your drains which took 5 minutes to do. He wrote a 4 line report of problem and told me to screenshot it. I still haven’t received any proper report even though I phoned up to complain. Terrible company . DO NOT use. A rip total rip off .

I was having a nightmare with plumbing, Delta Drains were amazing. They came out super promptly, and found the issue, talked it through with me and explained the costs etc, then sorted the problem perfectly.

The engineer was super polite and professional.

Harry solved the problem quickly and was very informative.

Arrived on time and worked hard to resolve a messy drain blockage. The charge was as explained at the start and was reasonable for the work done.

The first appointment I made no drain doctor person came which meant I had stayed in for a whole afternoon waiting and wasting time. I made a second appointment and I asked for a discounted price given the inconvenience I had suffered. I was given a time slot of between 12.30 and 4pm. The drain doctor person turned up 1 and a half hours early at 11.00 when I was out attending a meeting. My daughter fortunately was home and rang me and I left the meeting immediately which was most inconvenient. There had been no message beforehand telling me he was on his way which I had expected. So given this second inconvenience I asked for a further discount. It did take some time for the office to be able to confirm that which meant the engineer hanging around outside waiting to start the job. In the end, I was given a reasonable discount. But this experience will mean I will not be using Drain doctor again.

Tom was exceedingly competent and polite. He explained the issue and solution and was able to deal with it there and then.

Had a problem with loos not flushing properly and kitchen sink slow draining. Contacted DD who sent out an operative “Big Tom”the next day who resolved the problem quickly. Very professional and excellent service. Also a big shout out to Ric for organising this so quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy with the work, drain unblocked 19th Jan. We were advised that further work would be required to replace broken pipes and roots removed. Engineer gave a verbal quote and advised that we would receive a written quote and a follow up call from office. We waited 2 weeks and nothing, so followed up with an email 31st Jan, that they could respond to. That was over 2 weeks ago and we are nearly a month down the track without a response. Not so happy now.
