Customer service is excellent. Sam the engineer arrived promptly and communicated when he would arrive as this was an emergency call out.
Work was completed efficiently with a clear explanation of the underlying problem.
Have been trying to resolve this problem for 2 years and now know the problem.

Lovely bloke turned up and cleared our blocked drain. Great customer service, cleared the problem and gave some good advice when the work was completed.

I rang this morning due to a blocked drain, told they would be with me between 1pm & 3pm. Arrived just after 1pm, cleared and cleaned in less than an hour, for such a swift service I could not fault the price either. Lovely, friendly, personable chap.

Following a near 2 hour visit, George B managed to work out the labyrinthine layout of the drains in our property as well as clearing the blockage from the kitchen gulley. It turned out that waste water from our neighbour's kitchen and bathroom passes through our drains which means that most of the pipework under our garden is shared and therefore the responsibility of Thames Water. Only a short section from our kitchen gully to the junction with the shared pipework is our responsibility.

Our sewer was backing up and using the camera inspection revealed the underground pipe had subsided. They dug it all up, replaced pipe work and put everything back to as it was. All done in a single days work which was speedy. The guys were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Sam was fantastic! He arrived on time and talked me through every step and showed me exactly what he was doing!
It was a pleasure to have him here helping to locate our issue.

We have just had our kitchen drain cleared by an absolutely amazing gentleman from Draindoctor (oxford) his name was Sam. He explained the process of diagnosing the problem and what the possible costs would be. Everything was explained professionally and he was extremely polite and friendly and able to answer any questions we had. After solving the issue and clearing the blockage, he cleaned up after himself and left the area immaculate. I was so impressed with his work and his professionalism that I would not hesitate to recommend Draindoctor to anyone. We had a severely blocked kitchen sink I contacted Drain Doctor - Oxford first thing in the morning. By 12.00 noon they'd arrived and it was sorted.
Perhaps not the cheapest service but they were easy to deal with, as good as their word and pleasant to deal with.
I would definitely use them again if a similar situation were to arise.
