Drain Doctor - Oxford Omdömen 

We called Drain Doctor as we had a blocked toilet.
We had a call from Lewis saying he would be with us in 20 minutes which he was.
Excellent service from Lewis sorted the problem, Lewis was very friendly and polite, would highly recommend Drain Doctor and will most definately use them in future if needed.

Brilliant. Lewis was so capable and quickly got the toilet flushing. Thank him for the sweets!

Excellent service from James yesterday fixed the problem immediately. Great company, excellent customer service great prices. Hugely recommended.

I recently had the Drain Doctor replace the internal stopcock in my home. While there was an unexpected delay, the company kept me informed throughout and even rearranged their schedule to accommodate me the same day. I was very impressed with the service provided by technician James.

James was professional, efficient, and resolved any issues that arose quickly and effectively. He clearly took pride in his work and ensured a high-quality job.

Excellent service and communication from the initial contact on a Sunday, to the completion of the job by Bradley. Drain Doctor gave me a choice of times to visit and arrived when specified. Bradley explained each part of the process and was friendly and polite, leaving the area he was working in cleaner than when he arrived. The ability to show me what he could see using the camera was extremely helpful. Can't recommend him enough.

Drain Doctor have always been helpful and polite when arranging for repairs, engineer Bradley came out the last 2 times, and even left us with some complimentary Haribo on his last visit!

I've used drain doctor a couple of times over the years. Both times on historic properties. Their service is exceptional, speed of response brilliant and in both instances got to the root cause with excellence and accuracy on unconventional buildings. They have a customer for life.

Had drain overflow.
Response to initial call was fast and friendly.
The engineer called ahead and arrived when he promised. Introduced himself.
Finding the blockage ( fat ball ) was tricky. He checked that drain was clear for a significant distance and gave advice on keeping the drain clear.
He presented 2 packets of Haribo sweets (good for the Great Grandchildren.
Will use again if needed.

Two things made this a very positive experience.
1. Clear, up front information all the way through, including pricing. I knew what to expect at every stage.
2. Very helpfully and honestly giving me options in terms of how to proceed, including "consider doing X but only if you need to at a later stage".
I'd happily use Drain Doctor again.

Initial contact with the company was easy and productive - quick response and Brad turned up on time. The rainwater drain was cleaned and I trust that when it next rains heavily all works as it should with no pooling on our drive

Excellend work in identifying and correcting the problem. Also the engineer gave us good advice on how to prevent it recurring!
