Excellent service from start to finish couldn’t be more relaxed at a very stressful time. Would use them again in a minute although hope I don’t have to.

The engineer who attended was very helpful and explained the work needed and seemed very efficient

Brian phoned to let me know when he was 40 minutes away which was really helpful as I don’t live at the property. He was very pleasant and thorough m. I feel in safe hands - just need to wait for my quote now 😀

I had Drain Doctor in for a blocked kitchen drain. Although the chap was there for an hour or so, he did not fix the problem. The operative eventually blamed the existing plumbing under the sink, took his £204 and left with a very slow drainage. I had the plumbing adjusted, but the problem remained. Later the following day the drainage failed completely and I was left with standing water overnight.

I sent them a video of the adjustments to the pipes that there was standing water in the sink, I even walked outside still videoing to show there was no flow outside, then back in to show the water was still in the sink.

I asked for a refund, as I have now had the additional cost of replacing all the waste pipes from the sink to outside in order to find the blockage.

I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. They claim fair and ethical pricing. If they had a no fix, no fee, maybe, but to leave the problem and still charge. Never again.

Great service, fast and friendly

I have never been so glad to pay a bill as I was after Andrew retrieved the leaf guard from the drain from the roof. It took him all of 20 minutes to take the camera onto the roof, locate the guard in the downpipe and haul it back up. if left where it was the consequences would have been catastrophic. So calm & efficiently done. Thank you

Andy came and jetted the drain. Following day got quote to repair broken drain. Came today and did the repair. Andy and his colleagues were very pleasant and efficient. Would happily recommend the company to my friends and family. It's nice to get a company who are honest and reliable.

Drain Doctor came out to unblock my kitchen sink. This turned out to be a difficult time consuming job but was quoted for the initial job, for the addition of jetting and again for the additional man recommended for the job. Thankfully, and more importantly the price quoted is for the services they provide and not for the time they took to provide it. Very friendly, informative and kept me informed of the progress. I'm pretty switched on with stuff like this and can confirm that the additional cost of jetting was justified and needed, as was additional cost of the extra man. They earned their buttons on this job removing a couple of feet of solid fat from the dishwasher and sink pipe feed and worked with restricted access. They had the right tools and power equipment for the job and can say I was very happy for my house to have some much needed colonic irrigation after 16 years. Excellent guys!
