Drain Doctor - Derby Omdömen

Filled in the online form and got a response within half an hour and a visit from the engineer two hours later. Jordan couldn’t have been more helpful in fixing the problem and dealing with all of my uninformed questions! Job completed and the place left neat and tidy, along with some good advice for maintaining the drains in the future. Many Thanks.

Paul did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and then fixing it
Would highly recommend

Excellent service from the drain doctor. Very pleased

Great guy! He was conscientious and helpful, got the problem sorted and for a good price. We were impressed with the whole experience of booking and having the job done

Quick, efficient and friendly service. All in all I couldn't be happier with the service received, I would highly recommend to anyone. After a sewage pipe became blocked and overflowed I contacted drain doctor Derby, within 24 hours of that call my drain was unblocked and fully inspected, I couldn't ask for more.

Paul was here within 1.5 hours to assess and unblock external sewerage pipes at a pub.
Unfortunately it wasn't possible because it turned out that the issue was outside of the boundary, in the main sewers, which was the responsibility of the waterboard.
However, Paul did everything he could to solve the problem. I couldn't fault his efforts at all, there was simply nothing he could do.
I was charged a minimal fee for the investigation without any unnecessary 'extras' added on.
I will use Drain Doctor again if I have any issues that require their expertise.

Brilliant job well done, when I called they were very professional and advised when they could get an engineer out to me. Wayne was very polite and understanding, explained what he was going to do and found the problem straight away and gave me a price. When it was cleared showed me the drainage system with the camera

Quick and easy to book an appointment which is exactly what you want in an emergency.
Engineer Paul was an absolute legend, genuinely knowledgeable, friendly and showed me exactly what the issue was without any hard sell whatsoever.
Problem sorted quickly, without fuss and at a really reasonable price.
Will be my go-to company for future work.

Drain Doctor arrived promptly, assessed the problem and dealt with the issue. Pricing was explained before any work was started. A full report was sent after the visit.

Same day service. Professional staff. Quick and efficient.

Great company, brilliant service, fast reponce and fair price.

Not the easiest of internal jobs with very limited access, however the guys were determined to clear the blockage. plus we are a very busy restaurant and they worked around our opening hours, very happy with the outcome and the service given would definately recommend.

Drain Doctor arrive within about an hour of me calling them.
They unblocked the drain and found the cause of the problem and we have booked them to remedy it, which will involve digging up part of our patio to reach the broken pipe.
I was happy with the quote for the remedial work and also with the speed at which they unblocked the drain.

Engineer arrived at exact time advised, very courteous and explained what he was going to do and what the cost would be depending on his findings. He was able to trace that the blockage was in the shared sewer so over to Severn Trent who I very much doubt will respond as quickly.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. The lad on site was extremely polite, took the time to walk me through the issue clearly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure I knew exactly what the next steps were and what to expect, which gave me real confidence in the process.

It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication with such a high standard of workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service, considering we had blocked drains that hadn't been lifted in years before we bought, the chap was super friendly, polite and got it all sorted no bother.

Great company very professional, removed the blockage and cleaned up all good.
Will use again

Richard and Jordan took a lot of trouble investigating my late mum’s house’s drains.

They explained everything carefully and looked into the many complexities of what was happening with the storm drain and septic tank.

They were clean and tidy after the drain jetting and made a complex situation seem a lot more straightforward. I would definitely highly recommend their services to anyone!

Highly recommend the Drain Doctor, they attended site within 1 hour and sorted the issue we had. As a busy business centre, it was imperative that they attended promptly.
The staff were very pleasant and informative and left the problem areas spotless - thanks Drain Doctor!!

Fantastic, responsive service from Jordan. Really friendly and helpful, sorted our immediate issue and then advised on next steps. Would not hesitate to recommend - thank you!
