Paul came out from Drain Doctor in Derby to sort our blocked toilet and drain on Saturday afternoon and then came back again on Monday to finish the job. He was absolutely brilliant. Our house's drains were a bit tricky to navigate but he stuck at it until he had sorted it out and got it running again.

Sewer issue affecting whole cul de sac with overflowing manhole and potential to start overflowing in multiple homes. The water authority were totally useless quoting 3 days to attend. Drain Doctor was AMAZING attended promptly, thorough inspection and identification of the problem, then also clearing the blockage and making sure everything was in order before leaving, also completing a final inspection. Provided a full report for me to share with the water authority. Highly recommend Drain Doctor all.

Drain Doctors have been out and sorted our blocked toilet drain and then further recitifed poorly installed sewer drains via fitting a patch / new inspection stack and cover. Very good job done - thank you!

Contacted company late on the Wednesday and was advised a member of their team in Wayne would arrive the following morning. Very punchual and unblocked within minutes.

Would highly recommend, fitted me in at short notice when my downstairs toilet became blocked. Explained everything and costs upfront, was a hard job to sort but they fetched extra equipment to make sure the blockage (tree roots) was thoroughly cleared and that my toilet was fully working again.
