Drain doctor found the issue quickly and fixed it. Unfortunately during thorough investigation more work was required - they informed me of my options, priced these up and gave me the time to consider my next steps. Their “can-do” approach and calm and professional reassurance is what made me decide to proceed with the next drain issue (building a manhole!). They came back out and completed this, quickly, and never once grumbled, despite the nature of the task, or it being -1 and snowing! A great pair of lads and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Emma in the office was always on hand to answer queries and was equally as fantastic! Thank you!

Really prompt response within an hour of me raising a query online, and agreed a time to suit me within 24 hours.
Gave me a price before agreeing to the work once they had assessed the problem, and all resolved in less than an hour.

Left a message for Drain Doctor 8pm due to blocked drains and raw sewage coming up on to the drive.
They phoned me before 9.15 the next morning. They said they' d be around in 10 minutes. Turned up and assessed the situation. Within one hour the problem was identified with the use of cameras and cleared,
I was very impressed with the fast response and the outcome.
Everything left in good clear order and drive power washed down.

Replied to my enquiry within an hour, site visit and job completed the following day , turned up when they said they would, engineer was excellent, really nice guy, and cleaned down.
Excellent customer service and great to do business with. Hopefully don’t need them again soon, but are now my go to if do.

I asked them to fix my drain and they quoted an obscene amount for the job and wouldn't confirm that it would actually be fixed on the day despite being a minor issue. Based on this I didn't confirm an appointment with them and they didn't answer any more of my messages but they still showed up despite no confirmation of appointment and no agreement on time.
The job was already fixed when they arrived and for a fraction of the price.

I engaged Drain Doctor having phoned around several companies. From the start they came across as very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The engineer did a fantastic job at both the drain survey and follow-up work. Very polite, explained everything extremely well and got on with the job very proficiently. I would have no hesitation in using Drain Doctor in the future.

DO NOT USE

DrainDoctor came, flushed out my drains for 1 hour for £280, at the time they said the pipe had got smaller but didn’t mention anything about more work or what could happen. within 1 week they was all completely full again.

Phoned up to tell them, they then went to tell me it was likely my drains was always going to fill up again within a short period and that I would need to pay another £280 for a reflush and then have the drive dug up to replace the pipes

They then said that the issue would be raised higher but no reply. There is someone from drain doctor replying to all these reviews but if you read them all they never actually sort anything out so don’t bother replying. Just a tickbox exercise

Excellent service, quickly responded to my enquiry, arrived the same day. The blocked drain was cleared with no problems. The young man who attended was called Jamie, he was polite, very friendly and completed the job with no messing, I would highly recommend Drain Doctor.

Absolutely amazing, their lovely engineer came out (didn't get his name), he was so efficient and explained the problem in detail. Thoroughly investigated and cleared the blocked drain. Definitely worth a 5*(and more) review!!

Dropped a message on the website at 10pm received a phone call at 9am to describe the problem, and given a time slot between 3-4 received a call at 3 from the plumber to say will be 30 mins arrived on time and unblocked 2 drains rapidly with no fuss. I'm am emergency you just want to know what's happening and get it sorted which is exactly what the Drain Dr delivered

I booked a slot to have my drain unblocked between 11.00 and 4.00 today. At 3.55, I phoned to check as no-one had been. I was told there was a delay and they could not make that slot. I cancelled the job with them as neither the office or the workmen bothered to notify me. People like me take time off work (sometimes losing pay) to be at home for a tradesperson to come. It's very poor customer service. When I pointed out the inconvenience, I did get an apology - but only then! If there's a problem, then phone straightaway and apologise!
