Rapid response time during emergency, and short wait for follow up work. Office staff and attending expert utterly professional throughout. Works completed quickly and tested, expert went above and beyond in cleanup and clearly explaining everything. Thoroughly excellent.

Drain Doctor replied to my web form within an hour (Tueday pm). Got a call the following morning at 9am telling me an engineer was on route. Dave Thomas was our engineer on the day. Professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. Just perfect experience from start to finish.

Oh wow Mark and Reece(sorry if I have spelt that wrongly) worked like trojans to clear a major blockage of wipes from our sewer pipe- not from us I hasten to add. They were just about to leave when the sink blocked and had to deal with another blockage as yet more wipes had made their way down the pipe. Our insurance company had sent DynoRod and Lanes for Drains both of whom declared it was not a problem they could sort. Waste of time both of them. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor. Thank you guys for your sheer determination to sort the problem out for us.

Don’t be fooled by the nice friendly voice on the phone, my experience was just last night 29.10.2024. I had an emergency situation whereby my toilets was blocked in my restaurant and I needed this problem sorted asap or I couldn’t open and it would cost me near £1000. so I made a booking for after 6pm. 20 mins before arrival they call me to cancel we can’t open and loose money. This company is unreliable and are not bothered when they cost you money. Kind regards Greg

Fantastic service. Was a really tricky drain to unblock and he was here for hours but perceived with it and got the job done. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Great communication on the phone re timings for an urgent call out. Reece arrived promptly and completed the job thoroughly, efficiently and with friendly good humour considering it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

With all the recent rain, we were having a problem with a rainwater gulley flooding badly. I wasn't sure if it was connected to the main system or just a soakaway. I rang Drain Doctor and they had Simon arrive within the hour. Two hours later he had established that the gulley was connected to the main system, had removed a tree root that was blocking the pipe, flushed the system right through and shown me on his CCTV system that the run of 20m was clear again. Top job. Happy to pay the money for peace of mind.
