Drain Doctor - Bedford Omdömen 

My experience of Drain Doctor has been a positive one.
I called up on the Tuesday, as my kitchen sink waste was not flowing away properly, lady on the phone was apologetic as they could not come out until the following afternoon - that was ok with me.
Tom arrived and was certain he knew the cause of the problem before even really looking for the issue.
So 10/10 for Tom as he was correct, he dealt with the blockage (outside) and all seems great once again 😀.
I must say Tom was respectful of my property and advised me to keep the dogs indoors as he would have the side gate open for access.
I will have no hesitation using the Drain Doctor should the need arise - thank you.

First class job, we were kept well informed by the engineers at all stages and the job was carried out to our satisfaction.

I called them on the Saturday after Boxing Day due to a block drain, I was advised I would have someone by 10:30am that morning, they were prompt, quick and efficient clearing the drains quickly and cleanly, I was explained to what was completed shown the camera screen for the clear drain, very professional from start to finish, Craig was polite and explained everything while he was here, I will definitely use again if required or recommend to friends and family

The plumber turned up on time and did a thorough job very much happy with the job and cost

The response to my first email was quick and Michelle was very efficient and reassuring on the phone. Craig arrived two hours before I expected him, having rung first. He explained what he would do, was very polite and worked for 45 minutes, including testing the wastepipe and the washing machine and went on his way. The whole experience was excellent and responsive. While I understand why the cost needed to be high, it still felt a lot for 45 minutes work.

The team from Drain Doctor came by to check on a blocked drain. They were really friendly and although the problem seemed to have resolved itself before they arrived they took the time to explain the system and likely cause. Thoroughly recommend using DD.

I have had a blocked sink in the bathroom for a little while and had tried lots of things myself to unblock it including plunging and putting Drain Clear down it etc. A plumber also tried to hoover it. It was a tricky job for Craig, the expert sent out to help, because of the way the pipework had been fitted, but he worked really hard to find a solution. A really nice guy and I'm so grateful for him coming to my assistance. We finally have a working sink – hooray!

Despite our own efforts to clear a blockedvtoilet we phoned about 10.00 and Drain doctor arrived by 12.00....great response. Even better, everything was sorted within an hour. No mess. Worth every penny. Can't fault the response or the standard of service.

Free call out to ascertain in detail what the problem was and where. Agreed an initial plan and provided a very reasonable quotation for the work. Work carried out satisfactorily and advised if there were further problems to get back in touch. Knowledgeable staff who gave you the confidence they knew what they were talking about. Would certainly use again.
