Not cheap, but very good value!
I've used Drain Doctor before when I was living at my mum's house, and I'm happy I went back to them this time. They sorted the blockage out in under an hour. I live in a third-story flat now. The member of staff dealing with it had the same manner as the last person I had: very professional, in a friendly and kind way, and never patronising or condescending. They take their work seriously. The drain from the first place is still clear after two years by the way, and I believe that this one will be the same. Obviously I wish it was cheaper, but I've never had to have them back.

Awful service - be wary!
My mother hired the service and they made matters worse. When I called the head of the company to complain he was aggressive

The engineer was superb
The engineer was superb. Nothing phased him, he bent over backwards, stayed until everything was sorted, he literally could not have done anymore. he needs a huge commendation and a bonus - which i would be happy to pay him! Thank you so much.

We had an outside tap fitted by Adrian…
We had an outside tap fitted by Adrian . He was very good knew what he was doing and explained everything . He also turned up when he said he would.
