Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, went out of there way to order and send me my order. Very nice person and efficient. Cheers Dave.

Good Morning Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are glad the delivery arrived as advertised, but sorry for inconvenience the incorrect item that was delivered caused.
We always recommend no work is scheduled until all items have arrived on site and have been checked, but we understand this is not always practical.
Once informed of the issue, next working day delivery of the correct item was offered.
Thanks again for your order, and we will aim to improve on the issues mentioned in the future.
Kind Regards,
Drainage Central Team

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. We are tricky to access and Jack was brilliant at sorting out an alternative means of delivery. Very happy with our 'heritage' guttering. We've installed new large gutters to cope with the increased rainfall we're getting these days and which looks set to increase in the future.

Superb seevice!
Superb! Ordered the wrong risers for two inspection chambers by mistake. Instead of just processing the order the guys from drainage central phoned me to see if i was aware of the mistake, I wasn’t! This small detail saved me time and money, will definitely be using again! Excellent service!
