I topped up 300 Lunites in Wuthering Waves and it worked perfectly ,I got everything in 5 minutes. But when I tried Genshin, it didn’t work and my money got stuck on the website. I had to deal with customer support for 4 days, and at first they didn’t reply for 24 hours, which really made me worry that I got scammed or lost my money.
Later, they finally responded and refunded it to the website wallet. I still just wanted my money back, so I used it again on Wuthering Waves and it worked smoothly.
So I don’t think the website is bad, maybe some game top-ups just have stricter systems or some issue, which caused the delay.
