Quality products, very effective, great service. Quite a long duration of effective control of pests, in my experience so far.

The ordering process with Dragonfli was very easy and the items arrived promptly as advertised. I bought both the sachets and a container of predators which I applied to my extensive Fuschia collection to deter Fuschia gall mites. For the moment this appears to have been successful , but I am sure repeat applications will be needed as the mites usually attack as the fuschias should be reaching their full flowering potential.

Nematodes...
Our big box bush is struggling to survive the box moth but at least we can help it now. Though there are still healthy ones to be found, plenty of the caterpillars look to have died a death due to the devilish nematodes, and we are contemplating another dose in the near future. So far, the moth trap has caught nothing but flies so either there are few adults around ( I found one; quite pretty!) or it is not very effective.

Absolute bollocks and a rip off. Bought apparently 2000 phytoseiulus persimilis mites, got what was basically a bottle of tiny sawdust particles with about 5 live mites in it. Now my cacti just have sawdust in their spines. And I'm just going to use pesticides again. Wasted money.

Have used the moth wasps for a year now. Great results.

They usually send orders pretty quickly, so I ordered some predators as soon as I saw that a couple of my bushes had aphids on them. After 1 week the order had not yet been sent, and the infestation was getting out of hand despite my hosing and squeezing of the leaves. It was just too much.
I sent them an email and fortunately they made up for the delay by sending a truckload of predators, which I really appreciate, because I had so many new plants in my garden that were starting to really suffer.

It now feels like I have an army at war against the aphids in my garden, and that feels wonderful.

I have used vine weevil nematodes for a few years now and they definitely work to keep vine weevil under control. I never find any in the plant pots now, but unfortunately they are more difficult to eradicate in the raised beds which are heavily planted, and I occasionally find the odd one there, but I water in the nematodes in the Spring and the plants don’t seem to be affected.

I would definitely recommend Dragonfli as a supplier. Firstly the vine weevil nematodes are usually a bit cheaper than some of the other suppliers, and secondly their customer service is second to none. I had a problem with delivery, which I have to say was mainly due to a change in my own personal circumstances. I contacted Dragonfli and without me even asking they sent out a replacement pack. Thank you Dragonfli, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered April 27th got told would be delivered April 30th... still waiting... was told new stock would be in on Tuesday and it would be delivered straight away. Sent an email no reply. No product no refund. Joke!!! Its not a pair of socks it's for our pet!!!!!shame on you.

I'm updating my review. Initially I gave the supplier a 1 star review for reasons related to my having received no information about my delivery for 10 days after paying for my order. They have now delivered a very healthy batch of ladybirds which now appear to be very much at home on the rose bushes and already happily lunching on fresh aphids.

Ordered nematodes to treat fungus gnats. The product arrived on a plain cardboard box. Nematodes packets say to keep at 4-6 degrees, it is was cooking at 27 degrees outdoors at the time. No thermal protection of any kind.

It took the company longer to respond that I expected but they did and have remedied the situation to my full satisfaction. The 1 star review is now 5 stars.

UPDATE: Dragonfli have replaced lures and made good. I have now upgraded my review to reflect the help and good will they offered.

May be good product but let down by poor instructions and advice... you will need to check the small print instructions very carefully. Hidden in there you may find that pheromone lures will have to be frozen to get any decent shelf life. I purchased mine in september for use next spring, so when I came to use them I read up the installation instructions only to find that they should have been frozen, the now lure had probably expired.

They could have easily advised freezing them when
purchased. When I contacted them I got no response?
Looks on eBay cheaper alternative are available with multiple lures

Having purchased a trap and some nematodes I have found their customer service to be extremely good. Excellent communications and really easy to deal with. Will definitely be buying from them again.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. Easy to order and really fast delivery. All their products are environmentally friendly, with no damaging chemical pesticides. Also the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

Personable and responsive - really appreciated

I've been using Dragonfli products for a couple of years (first for pantry months, now for clothes moths). The Trichogramma wasps are very efficient - I noticed the number of moths reduced within 2 weeks of placing sachets in the room that was affected. It's a green and pet-safe way to manage the moth problem. The moth lures work particularly well on the pantry moths.
Recently there's been some small delays with shipping, but it's a good sign, their products are clearly very popular and effective.

Amazing company, I had a brief encounter with a suspicious bug on one of my plants. I convinced myself that it was the start of a thrips infestation. It probably wasn't but I didn't want to take any chances. Come across Dragonfli and did some research into Amblyseius. My plants seem fine and no sign of any horrible pests but I have my army of mites on patrol. They're so small they can barely be seen unless under a certain light but I love them, see them scooting about.

Have since retired to Dragonfli to purchase some Ladybirds and larvae to take care of some Aphids in my front garden, I had an abundance of Ladybirds in my back garden last year but wanted to introduce some to the front as my hydrangea are currently being attacked with the little green pests.

Amazing company, issue was resolved immediately and without fault. The only thing i would note that could be improved would be to email the recepient when a replacement product is shipped for them to anticipate delivery.

We all know that caterpillars are difficult to get rid of. The fig-leaf skeletoniser moth is not an exception. If I wouldn't have had the advice, the support and the Fig-Leaf Skeletoniser Moth Killer Nematodes product from Dragonfli, my fug would have seen long ago the compost.
Let's be honest. It needed two treatments and hand picking of Nematodes after. For some reason, despite of soaking the leaves with treatment, these nasty creatures, still managed to survive.
But I am happy now. I look forward for a harvest next year. Fingers crossed. One fig started growing now. Bless. A bit too late.

I bought spider mite predators, and they did a good job. They supplied voracious little insects which did a good job of tackling a spider mite infestation on my dahlias. I was very pleased with them. Clear instructions were provided with the predators, and I could see even after 3 days that there were quite a few pink phytoseiulus showing that they were doing their job of consuming spider mites.
I shall employ them earlier next year. Postage was swift on the whole, but where they did get held up with Royal Mail, Dragonfli were very good at resolving the issue.

Fantastic products for gardeners dealing with little nuisances on their prized plants. Excellent customer service who are very helpful. I will definitely be buying more products from them in the future!
