Expert knowledge and professionalism. Tom picked up an issue where approved third-party contractors were unable to access our remote firewalls. He was able to connect to each firewall and set up direct remote access with login details, and grant access to the web interface from the respective IP addresses. This has saved us so much time attending each site to provide access.
I would recommend this company to anyone. I had an email issue that was stopping my business from functioning and Tom sorted it within the hour with no fuss. Without his help it would have been a massive issue for us. Tom, a HUGE thank you from all of us at Nova Business Finance.
