Terrible customer service flaky representatives and cheap quality that is absolutely terrible.

Just got a Poe Dress. The Fabric is soft and heavy. It falls nicely and I love it. Could use a pocket but otherwise perfect. Generally their clothes are very good. I have pieces that are a decade old I still wear, even though the lace is a bit tattered after fifty or more washes and lots of use.

Bought a bloody glass gothabilly dress and it is my new favourite dress. The print look fantastic and the material is a soft comfortable cotton fabric. Will definitely buy again

I ordered the graveyard cat print dress, black gothabilly dress and two skirts, the design is lovely but the material is disappointing it feels scratchy and quite cheap considering the price. Luckily they r more for Halloween/ gothic nights out and I can probably dress them up quite nicely. In all fairness I should have checked the material listed before ordering.

Edit: so I went to the website and checked materials and it says 100% cotton that's definitely not true. Doesn't feel like cotton at all and their r no tags with washing instructions or materials listed on the items themselves.

I have a coat and a vest from them that I really like. I recommend to always order a size or two bigger. I usually wear medium and the large vest is tight on me.

The things that bother me is that they use ups which is horrible in Canada. They charge obscene processing fee and if like me you don't wanna pay them you will have a hell of a run getting the necessary paperwork from them.

So add 30% to your bill if you order on the site to pays for the taxe and ups fee.

Im so happy to have found this company. The cloths are of such high quality and so beautiful.
The corset I have is stunning, well made and really comfortable to wear.
The material is beautiful and this is going to be a corset I love and will clearly last for many years to come.

I have ordered a black satin dress in early april and i still havent got any feedback about where my dress is or when is it going to come. Update: my dress has arrived and it fits perfectly

I've brought three corsets from Dracula clothing so far and honestly they were a perfect fit. I followed the mesurement guide and picked the size reccomended by the website and they were spot on. I'm a UK size 18 so finding corsets which are great quality is hard to come by. Especially in the gothic fashion industry. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

By my own idiocy I've ordered wrong size. Truls was very patient with me. New corset fits perfect.
Will order another one in the near future.

This may be the most beautiful coat I have ever owned! Very well made, and very comfortable, feel like a total goth princess when I wear it. Postage was fine, arrived in a decent amount of time to the UK so all in all a good experience. Definitely recommend and I will now be saving all my pennies towards my next purchase.

My review is going to be mixed.
I had to order my shirt 2 sizes up, as it was all they had left for that style, and in the end I was glad I did.
The shirt itself is really lovely! It has a very well made and extravagant cravat!

However... getting it shipped to me in Canada was a nightmare! Just a fair warning, they use UPS here, and UPS SUCKS! It took weeks after the due date, and I had to contact UPS multiple times.

With all that being said, I still love my shirt, I just may consider not ordering from them again. We shall see.

They send to me the wrong dress and after an email they sent to me the right one for free without ask me to send the wrong dress back.

While my original package was lost in the mail, their customer support was super quick to help send a replacement immediately at no extra cost. The corset that I ordered was of amazing quality and had intricate details. I am extremely satisfied overall and would recommend this shop to anyone who wishes to own gothic-type clothing.

So I ordered a corset from their site (waist cincher) - very well made, looked beautiful on me.
Unfortunately, after not even a whole year the corset ripped (which as I found out isnt supposed to happen and wasnt my fault haha) so I wrote a complaint email.
Luckily the customer service answered me quickly and decided to send me a replacement - although they didnt have waist cincher in my color, they agreed to send me waist corset instead, without me paying up extra money for it.
Overall I very recommend this brand - the corset is beautifully made, the customer service is effective and they treated my case very fairly.

They are so helpful and caring! Fast shipping, and I even was given a discount to offset needing to order a bigger size coat after a sale had ended. Everything I've gotten from them has been lovely!
