Great service

I received a fast and efficient service with a doctor who understood my issue and treated me appropriately. It was extremely convenient for me to get such a quick appointment from the comfort of my home,

A terrible medical consult

A terrible medical consult - not fit for purpose

I am experienced in working the other side of telemedicine. The mic symbol was red & I couldn't turn mine on so Dr WhatsApp called me.
Didn't speak to me well about antibiotic cover options & I've since realised the one he prescribed covered only throat infection & didn't treat sinus issue. Now I'm waiting for eDoc with a chest infection & unresolved sinus problem.
Unacceptable care & there is no way to contact them by email or phone to feedback error & request correct antibiotics cover.
