Slow service, poor communication
Wanted important documents Apostilled. Took an extremely long time (almost 2 months) and I wasn't given updates unless I asked for them. This was extra concerning because they were holding the most valuable documents I have. Because it took so long, I had to pay extra to get the last one sent to me outside the country. They did the work without ever billing me, and even though it was I that reminded them to bill me (after I'd already received most of the documents), there was no kind of discount or even a thank you for the notification. The job was done, eventually, but the overall experience was very poor.

Quick and great service.
Appointment was painless. Office location was convenient by public transit. Notarization was quick and easy and it was explain to me throughout the whole process with clear and professional manner.
