UPDATE!! Just as predicted! 3 pairs of cheap, smelly, too small knock-offs! NOT a happy camper!

After reading people’s reviews, I can add myself to the list of folks ripped off by this company! I’m at work now and just got a notification that my order has FINALLY arrived after 3 MONTHS of waiting! 😡 The ad I bought from said by 3 pairs and get free shipping. I was charged for 4 pairs AND shipping! Made a call ASAP and had that corrected/refunded. After that, zero communication on where the hell my order was! Can’t wait to get home and see what garbage they sent!
Lesson learned, I will NEVER buy from an ad I see on Instagram, FB, or any other social media platform no matter how legit it looks! I even searched for the shoe brand online to make sure they were an actual brand. All cheap China rip-off scammers!! My Bad and definitely a “one-&-done”!

Guess I’m another one who got scammed by this company with knock off Vionic’s. Shame you can’t post pics. I too had issues with no response on emails and dismissive cust. Service calls. This company is using pics and Vionic company video on their website claiming to be Authentic. Color, material and size is NOT as advertised.

I ordered the "Vionic" sandals on 6/24. I had not heard anything, so tried calling on 7/28, never could get anyone to answer the phone, so emailed. Never got a response, but received the sandals on 8/5, got charged for and received 3 pair instead of 2. They are obviously of inferior quality, too small, even though I ordered the same size and style I always wear. the arch is also not as strong, which is the main reason for wearing them. I emailed them again on how to return and get a refund, but don't expect to hear anything. Luckily I used my credit card and Paypal, so should be able to get reimbursed.

I also fell victim to this scam. It took over a month for my sandals to arrive. They were way too small. I have sent the company 3 different emails but no response. Chalk this up to a lesson learned. I will give them to someone with smaller feet than me.

I received my fake Vionic thongs 1 1/2 months from ordering. Did not receive what I ordered. They are fakes, cheap and not Vionics. Do not order from this site.

They don't deserve even one star!! I bought some sandals that were too small and incredibly cheap looking. I immediately reached out by email to request instructions on how to return them for a refund. I got no response and sent 2 additional emails with no response. I called the company and was told they would reach out to me to send a larger size but got no follow up on that either. I called again today and was told it had been more than a week since I received them so it was too late to return them!! I explained I HAD been trying for over a week to get a response on how to return them when he finally told me to forget it, it was too late to return them, I could get no refund. They are a scam company!!

I ordered 3 pairs of Vionix sandals. They came about a month late (website says they ship in one day...what they don’t tell you is that’s from China).

They are not Vionix, they are small (not true to size).

I have sent several emails and got no response. I called and when I got someone on the phone, I was told I would have to pay to ship them to China. I said that wasn’t on their website. He hung up on me and had since clocked my number.

Sandals are advertised AND pictured as Vionics, the only brand of shoe I can wear. While the sandals arrived fairly soon after the order, they are NOT Vionics but are a cheap imitation. False advertising!
I called immediately and was told they could not be returned, despite all the statements on their site saying you can return anything to your satisfaction. I emailed, but have had no response. Will have to dispute with Paypal. TOTAL SCAM!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I placed the order on July 2 and received it on July 29. I opened a dispute through PayPal and that was the only way I could get them to respond to me. They finally shipped them on the 16th even though their website says most orders ship next day. If I hadn’t opened the PayPal dispute I don’t think they ever would have shipped.These are not Vionic sandals. If they were, the name would be there somewhere. Mine didn’t fit, a full size smaller than they should be. Since my daughter likes them I will keep them, but they also have no way to submit a review. I think I will contact PayPal, though. Maybe they have some kind of watch list for vendors.

Total scam! Don’t order from this company. I have sent numerous emails to their support site and have not received a reply. These are not Vionic sandals. Sizing is completely off and very small. Total ripoff!

This site is horrible. dottedone.com DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have been waiting over a month for 3 pair of sandals that initially was 2 day shipping. I have asked them to cancel my order and got no response back. 2 day shipping is a lie. I am going to call my credit card company now to cancel it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from this site! I ordered what were advertised as genuine Vionic sandals, and they are cheap junk! They don’t fit and they’re made of garbage. I waited forever to get my order and won’t return them because I’m sure nothing will come of it. I should have known, but when you find good deals online do you think it’s always good to try to save your hard-earned money. I am finding that most ads online are not worth the time of day! That’s sad because I used to order a lot more.

Horrible experience this is why I don’t order online unless it’s Amazon. Placed an order back on July 7 got a confirmation email of my order I noticed at that time they had ordered three pairs of shoes rather than the two that I had ordered. Tried to call the company immediately had to call 22 times to get through it just rings busy there’s only one person that answers. When you do get through they don’t ask you for your name or your customer number or confirmation order number nothing of the sort. I had to try to give it to him wasn’t interested. So they couldn’t rectify the situation the very next day because my order had already been shipped now mind you this is the very next day. I stated that I never received a tracking number or anything with that email and he says the system never updates so I wait two weeks, I email, I call a few more times still get nowhere they will not reply to emails. Still have not received my package they did charge my card immediately however. This place is a scam don’t be silly like me an order from Facebook adds.

I placed the order in May and have yet to receive it. They have been telling me for weeks that it's on it's way. I wouldn't purchase anything from this website ever again!! If I would have known it was coming from China I would NOT have ordered it!! I hate it that companies don't have to tell where they are located!! I'll never knowingly order anything from China!!!

Bought two pairs! Horrible. They are without a doubt fake!!! The name Vonic isn’t even on the shoe. Called the “support number 202-738-4395” and was told to send a picture to their support email addres. Also, was told repeatedly “they are what they said on the website” In fact no matter what I said that’s all he kept saying. You can not return them so they basically stole my money. I’m so frustrated. BUYER BEWARE

I too order a pair of intimation vionic sandals ,they came too small,trying to locate the company ,so i can return !

Ordered vionic sandals size 36 identical to ones I wear every day. Supposed to be next day shipping but took over 2 weeks. Arrived from Chino, California but repackaged. The package smelled so bad when I opened it that I had to put it outside. They are obvious fakes and extremely small. I opened a paypal claim and will dispute the charge on my credit card.

I will never order on Instagram again!

I ordered two pair of Vionic sandals then was charged for 3 pair. I emailed the company and Paypal. No response from Paypal but did get a hold of someone at dottedonne by phone. I explained that I only ordered two pair. They apologized said they would correct it. Four weeks later I received 3 pairs of sandals and charge was never corrected. The sandals are neither the Vionic brand nor the size 7.5 or 38 that I ordered. The sandals are more like a size 6 even though it says size 7.5 on the packaging. I have many Vionic sandals and these are not them. Paypal needs to know they are being used to scam and Vionic needs to know that their brand is being used to scam.

This is a scam. Do not order from this fake company!. Ripoff! I will try to get my money back ASAP.

I have to give 3 stars for the email responses I received concerning my order. Prompt answers. When Vionic Sandals finally arrived.....disappointed. They were not Vionic Brand, and were of poor quality. I am writing off as lesson well learned.
