Dont buy their products. They are are a scam. Your company has been spamming other companies. It's very disturbing that we are receiving 100s of spam email everyday. Can get this stopped or it would be reported to relevant authorities.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Missing Items
I had a terrible experience with Dot and key skincare First, my order was delivered much later than promised. To make matters worse, one item was missing from the package. I reached out to their customer support multiple times, only to be told that "everything was packed correctly on their end" and there is nothing they can do about it now. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for products you never receive and then be dismissed by the company. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I got a whatsapp purporting to be from this company. They had details of a hotel booking that I had made and were requesting my credit card details to secure my booking. There were the usual threats of you will lose your booking, you only have one chance etc etc. I contacted the hotel and this is a scam. I think their company has been hacked and scammers are using their details to scam people.

I ordered the Dot & Key barrier repairing cream because it was shown as Buy 1 Get 1, with the barrier repairing face wash mentioned as free.

I received only the cream, not the free face wash. There was no prior notice, no clarification, and no update after ordering.

After checking reviews and comments, I realized this has happened to many other customers as well, which is really disappointing-especially when influencers are promoting this offer.

I have been using Dot & Key products for a long time and have spent a lot of money on this brand, so this experience feels like a breach of trust. Customers should not be treated this way.

This has made me seriously question the brand's trustworthiness, and I may not purchase from Dot & Key again in the future unless such issues are handled honestly

I ordered skin care product from dot and key over all my experience was gud the delivery was on time and package was very attractive and secure I really liked the texture of the product and they feel light on the skin , my skin feels hydrated and fresh. Price is reasonable and brands suits to beginners also I’m satisfied with the quality

I purchased a product online from the Dot & Key website under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer (Order ID: #4627823). However, I received only one product. Additionally, the customer care service was unhelpful and complicated. The customer care representative stated that, as per the company’s policy, bought products cannot be returned. This is completely misleading and feels like cheating customers.

Horrible return policy even after wrong items and less items delivered. Tried to return two wrong products that were delivered three days ago. They say that it has to be checked and reported in 48 hours. Firstly, you deliver wrong products. Secondly, fewer products delivered, 2 out of 4. Thirdly, a 48 hour window??? This company doesn't care about its customers any more, is the feeling that I get with this kind of policy.

Extremely disappointing experience with product quality and customer service. My sister placed order through their official app, but the products arrived in unacceptable condition:

Packaging seal was broken and crudely re-taped

Facewash arrived completely unsealed - a serious hygiene and safety concern for skincare products

Serum bottle was only half-filled - clearly a quality control failure, not transit damage

Customer service has been equally frustrating:

In-app support feature doesn't work

Email responses are generic and dismissive

They're trying to pass off product quality issues as "packaging damage"

When I explained that unsealed skincare products pose safety risks and half-filled bottles indicate quality control problems, they still refused to acknowledge these legitimate concerns. This isn't just about outer packaging - it's about product integrity and customer safety.

I've requested a replacement or full refund and given them 48 hours to resolve this properly. If a company can't ensure basic product quality and respond appropriately to valid concerns, it raises serious questions about their standards.

Would not recommend until they improve their quality control processes and customer service approach. There are many other reliable skincare brands that actually care about customer satisfaction and product safety.

Unresponsive, untrustworthy, and unreliable customer service with the company that sells overhyped products. The ordered products worth 5000 INR arrived dirty, stained, and all grimy. They smelled weird like that of nasty chemicals. All the items were dirty as if the company were getting rid of old stock selling it to customer rather than discarding it!! Extremely dissatisfied and never buying again. All my friends and family have seen these product packaging too and they all are reconsidering options!

867.16 (the original amount) + 1734 (867.05 first payment and 867.50 second payment). They made me pay saying that they'll initiate the refund as soon as i pay then the 1st payment since my order is stuck. Did not help me at all. Took the money, talked about slotting and asked for more money - 3k or so. Now no one is answering their calls or texts at all. I talked to Avinash or someone located in juhu

Absolutely disappointed with Dot & Key! They sent the wrong product, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. The WhatsApp and contact numbers are useless—no one picks up the call. Their website also lacks a proper return request feature, making the process even more frustrating.

They are wasting consumers' time instead of providing a solution. Definitely not buying from them again! 🚫👎

Totally a scam brand beware from dotandkey brand , i have lost more then 2000 , not deliver my product yet it have passed 20 days

Such a worst website is fKe no customer team they take your money and there is no delivery please don’t do shopping

Pathetic Customer service. None to attend the issues. No updates or no calls. Order placed and showing waiting for pickup for days.

I fall for Dot&Key first, and their super promises and marketing, and basically their facewash and sunscreen damaged my skin after using them for over a week.. i did not notice first, just my face was turning unusually redish and tense...in general i don’t have sensitive skin, so this was surprising to me and didn’t know why. I went to a dermatologist by total coincidence for a different issue but she spotted my skin immedately and warned me. After using their facewash for a week, which was promising glowing skin, i felt like as if an upper layer of my skin would be coming off. I thought first as if my skin would be coming off becasue of sun damage, that much. At first few times, my face felt very shiny and nice after usage, but after a week my skin turned red and strained. Their sunscreen might be good for an hour outside but no longer, although not even sure of its effectiveness at all. It is extremely lightweight, i don’t think it is even sweatproof which would be basic in a tropical weather. The dermatologist subsribed a different sunscreen to me, warned me about the cosmetical sunscreen brands and feels completely different to wear! Stopped using them immediately after realizing this. I still have a third product from them (a serum, only used once per week so far), which i might still try to experiment with but after this not so sure at all anymore. Don't recommend them at all.

Had ordered some products none of them got delivered courier partner ship rocket never attempted a delivery and said incomplete address which was total fraud as address was correct also no one picked up my calls on the given contact numbers by courier company and dot and key never replied to my complaint also social media is full with these kind of cases about this brand I regret wasting my 4000 rs on this fraud brand….I want my refund and company has no such option as well I will surely complain to the consumer court about this company
