DTDC Packers And Movers 

We shifted within Delhi on 29th September 2025.

Service was pathetic and ruthless.

DTDC packers and movers did not provide enough manpower for our movement.

We worked as a labour with them, lifting items.

They misplaced our items and threatened us for money, as well.

I want to address an issue on an urgent basis,whereby your manager named Jitender Verma at 9812298552, threatened that he will come with 10 people and teach us a lesson.

I want to understand, why?

Because, our heavy stuff got missing cost ₹4000, and when we called DTDC at the aforementioned number to report, the concerned manager named Jitender Verma escalated and said we need to pay ₹10500 instead of promised amount of ₹9500.

Jitender Verma started shouting and threatening.

It's a ruthless and pathetic packers and movers service, I must say.

Please follow and share it as much as possible, to make people aware of the nuisance at DTDC packers and movers services caused under Jitender Verma, so that nobody ever does book DTDC packers and movers.

I need refund of the things missing and have recordings of the manager Jitender Verma to report.

I shall start a campaign soon!

Do not book DTDC packers and movers.

Labours and manager Jitender Verma misbehaved with us.

I had a very disappointing experience with DTDC Movers and Packers regarding the pickup of my goods from Kolkata to Kanpur. Despite their commitment to pick up my items by 10:00 AM, the pickup never happened, even after several follow-ups. By 3:00 PM, I still had not received any clear communication or resolution from their end.

Due to the urgency of my situation, I was forced to make alternate arrangements with another courier service. The lack of professionalism and timely service caused me significant inconvenience. I requested a full refund of ₹5,050, which I hoped would be processed promptly, but 4 days have already passed, and I am still following up to get my money back.
Now they have stop responding to my calls, and also not replying anything over Email, hence i have filed a complaint in consumer forum- 6350174
I would not recommend DTDC Movers and Packers to anyone looking for reliable and timely service.

Booked DTDC to deliver my cargo from London to Mumbai. Despite puting labels and writing on boxes 'EXTRA FRAGILE' DTDc has handled my boxes very very roughly and badly. One box was literally torn and they have wrapped in plastic the box .my expensive heritage lampshade and lot of crockery has been broken to pieces due to the rough handling. I spent literally more than INR 80,000 /£880k and received broken crockery. It was so badly handled that even my body cream tubes were cracked. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my loss. NEVER EVER WILL I RECOMMEND DTDC TO ANYONE.

Fraud company.Does not belong to DTDC.They take your parcel, money and never deliver

Its was really a very bad experience .
They are not really professional.
Even since last 17 days i was chasing for the invoice even they are not receiving call after getting their payment.
Workmanship is also not good they are taking packer movers business as a partner type contract they give this whole acitivity to some other 3rd party agency.
So it was really very bad experience i have .
So i shall never recommend anyone to choose them for shifting of your house hold goods.

The company is fraud . They give low quote and after taking the material arm twist to pay exorbitant cost for delivering the material . Also they take insurance amount but give false policy paper . After paying hefty amount finally I got my household item and car but in damaged condition for which no claim was made as there was a false insurance . They are big fraud … never get attracted with low cost as you will end up paying 4times higher amount and also majority of the items gets damaged . Very big NO for this fraud company

The company itself is fraud,the concerned person does not respond after they get the money,our stuff went from our house in Delhi in one truck on one day but came from Delhi to Mumbai in 2 different trucks on different days...horrible experience,the brand new bed which we bought was completely damaged,people have used it to sleep and eat food and the manager says in our godown how can we control...absolute unprofessional and fraud company they charged me nearly 80000Rs

1. I HAVE BOOKED MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS (1 BHK) + BIKE -WB20BM6064 FROM KOLKATA TO VARANASI. THEY CHARGED RS 30,600/- ON 05/03/2023 VIA DTDC PACKERS & MOVERS. THE CONTACT PERSON WAS VIKRAM SINGH (9376604077).
2. TWO PEOPLES VISITED, PACKED & LOADED MY ITEMS OVER A PICK-UP VEHICLE ( BUT THEY ARE FROM U-CARGO AS A THIRD PARTY FOR DTDC) AT KOLKATA LOCATION.
3. ON 6/03/2023 THEY HAVE SHARED THE RECEIPT BUT WITHOUT INSURANCE PAPER & TRACKING NO. & TOLD ME IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK SAID 12/03/2023.
4. ON 08/03/2023 I GOT A CALL FROM TRANSPORT DRIVER THAT YOUR BIKE WAS DETAINED AT BIHAR-JHARKHAND BORDER BY POLICE & INSISTING ME TO PAY RS.20000/- AS BRIBERY. BUT ANYHOW I CAN IGNORED. AFTER FEW DAYS I CAME TO KNOW HE WAS NOT DRIVER BUT THE OWNER OF DTDC P&M.
5. DELIVERY DATE 12/03/2023 CROSSED & THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY CALLS & MESSAGES.
6. ON 13/03/2023, I GOT A CALL FROM TRANPORT PEOPLE YOU ITEM HAS REACHED VARANASI BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOU AS THE DTDC P&M HAS NOT PAID US.
7. AFTER 4 DAYS ON 16/03/2023, I PAID DUE AMOUNT OF RS.16800/- TO TRANSPORT PEOPLE & BROUGHT MY ITEMS TO HOME,AS THERE WERE NO RESPONSE FROM DTDC P&M.

GUYS HOW YOU CAN TRUST & THIS IS TOTALLY A FRAUD, FAKE COMPANY & PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE

The one of the best pacers and movers in overall Delhi. They are very good packing all product overall I am very impress thanq so much for great service.

My luggage was to be moved from Noida to Lucknow, It was my first time taking service of any Movers and packers so I was very skeptical who to choose as there are many fraud and negative reviews reported. I shortlist few and DTDC was one of them, spoke to supervisor, Manoj, who is very gentle and genuine person, he gave me a very reasonable quotation. I also visited them personally to their office in Transport Nagar, Noida. Very next day my luggage got moved on time. They sent 3 guys who were expert in packing and handling luggage. I was told 4 days time will take for delivery of luggage and it happed on 5th day. Only issue I could see is while unloading they only had one person so I also had to get Involved in same & one star less. Overall good experience

Excellent Service and value for Money! Mr. Manoj had been extremely diligent and made sure that the entire service even in lockdown went smoothly. The delivery personnels themselves Mr. Kanchan Singh was also extremely patient and efficient on the day of pickup and did the packaging and sorting of goods as guided by me through video call as I was in my home state 1500 km away and my luggage was in Noida. The goods were well packed and wrapped in cartons and all arrived on my door step on the day of delivery itself. I had more than 100 kg of luggage and goods to be packed and shipped and all arrived in exact conditon and not a single item had been damaged in any manner. I had more than 80 books and some delicate items and all are in perfect shape. I'm extremely delighted with DTDC and especially the service provided by Mr. Manoj and his staff. Certainly one of the packers and movers in Delhi NCR. Highly recommended for any one looking for a reliable and great quality shipping.

I approached DTDC after surveying numerous movers and packers to move my household objects from Ghaziabad to Kolkata.
They sent a person for survey and eventually without any hassle transferred my goods to Kolkata.
Their charge was reasonable, I asked them for a part payment and they agreed.
They took some 4 days to transfer my goods, the unloading was also smooth with professional guys doing their job.
I was a bit worried about so many negative reviews about the packers and movers, that I sort of gambled on DTDC.
But to my surprise they did their job exceptionally well.
You must maintain your good work like this.My best wishes.

The packing materials they used were:-

1) Bubble wraps
2) Cardboard Cartons
3) cardboard sheets
4) Lamination sheets
All brand new and sealed

I am pretty impressed with their services, received my all goods on time with safe conditions.

I had book my stuff with DTDC pune via mr sonu and kishan
They took my entir stuff from house with our weight and one night before my flight from pune I requested them so many time to do weight but they said will do it at office only you
Please take your flight and go . Next day they said my stuff total weight is 284 kg and its 27000 as per kg 83 Rs

And i don't have other options boz they took my entire stuff .
Mr kishan from pune told me about insurance he said if i took 5% insurance i will get insurance amount return . But I didn’t get any thing my most of the stuff is broken

Last 20 days i tried to connect with those people who coordinate with me but no one pic my call and tell me go and do FIR against with DTDc
I will not recommending DTDC to anyone they are not good for out stuff

He is the best service provider for all person

We relocated from hyderabad to Delhi last month. We contacted Packers and Movers for our relocation after a reference from a friend. Everything went smoothly till the goods arrived in Delhi. We were delighted to see that our things arrived on schedule. We were a little upset when we found two or three of our things were damaged throughout the unpacking process. The coordination and timely delivery are two aspects of the company's services that we value. There is also the advice that you pay a little more attention to the safety of your items. Overall, it was satisfactory. Thank you to everyone on the team.

Worst experience ever. Please DO NOT choose this for relocating. I relocated from Kolkata to Delhi and I had a night mare experience with them. Firstly they have a lot of hidden costs and they just keep increasing the fare at every step of the process. Secondly they have the most rude staff ever you will find , they talk with customers like they have no manners. When I objected to the hidden costs, their staff threatened me that they will hold my stuff and break it and not it reach the venue. After lot of struggles and fight, when my stuff actually reached Delhi, they had broken most of the things and lost some. When I tried to call them and claim for it, they talked very rude to me and said that please dont call us, we are not here to receive your calls. They are not professional at all and if you have certain amount of love with your things, please do not rely on their services. Till date I have not received my lost things and no compensation for that as well a=has been given inspite of paying for the insurance claim. Their helpline site does nothing and nobody actually answers to your query once they receive their payment. Its a fraud company and they just want your money. Please be aware of such tricksters. DO NOT AVAIL THEIR SERVICES.

Kerala to Mumbai.
They are not really movers and packers. They tell you per kg rate.. and then surprise you with an invoice of exactly double the weight of items being sent- reason: they include dimensions while calculating the final bill which is artfully omitted when providing quotation. They are a courier service not movers and packers.
The packers had not clue what they were doing. They arrived only with cartons and tape- no other material. So unless you have loads of newspaper or plastic sheets at your end beware!
Also... They came a day late to pickup my stuff as they thought it was not important
