I booked a weekend trip to the grand national, pick up Slough, was informed 12/3/24 that Slough was not a pick up point and I could either cancel my booking or be picked up in Enfield 35miles away, as I'm travelling from Ireland and flights are booked had to take the Enfield option......very disappointed you don't get whst you pay for!!!

My booking experience with door2tour when I booked Ascot Ladies Day was good. The staff at door2tour are generally helpful and are professional.

A well run company with knowledgeable staff. We have been on a few Just Go holidays and have never been disappointed.

It's such a shame that the very helpful staff at this coach holiday booking agents are not backed up by the company's holidays they are selling. I booked a holiday through them to find that the holiday was with Grand UK Tours' who were the most obstructive and unhelpful I have come across, needless to say I cancelled the holiday with Grand UK Tours.

We had problems deciding which tour because of our farming commitments.
Hayley was so helpful when we had to change dates and enquired for us about preferred seating.
Just making our booking was really exciting

Booked 4 day break for next year, it was very easy to do and done quickly with no fuss, although this was booked on line staff seem friendly and courteous. Would use again.

First time user of Door2Tour, looking for a long weekend away with everything organised. Useful to browse the website to look at options but glad we called up to talk through options and details. So far so good!

Went on a two night break to the Isle of Wight, staying at the Warners Norton Grange Hotel during January 2023. Travel to the hotel was effortless. Coach arrived at pick up place on time and the driver was very friendly. Two excursions were on offer for the day after our arrival at an extra cost. Entertainment, a 60's theme, and food extremely good. Overall a brilliant 2 night break, so much so, that we have rebooked the same break in January 2024, although this time departing on a week day whereas before it was offered on a weekend.

Brilliant service. Really helpful friendly ladies who helped me with my booking. Looking forward to our trip.

Caroline was very descriptive and thorough with the information she gave for the event. I had to speak to her several times before making the booking as had to check with the other people that are in my party that they were okay for me to book the event as full payment was required on booking. Very pleased with the service I received.

I found the tour that I wanted for we two and four friends, with the local pick up that we required.

I had an awful experience with a passenger off alfa holidays whilst staying at queens hotel eastbourne as a single person. Neil (Driver) dealt with it informed hotel management and alfa and ensured i was protected for the rest of my stay cannot thank the support and professionalism of this driver. KMHOLIDAYS.

The tour was excellent + driver visiting Eden Project was always in my programme & was glad I did it. 0nly thing I did not give 5* is I specifically asked for twin room but had a double bed which was not even 5ft & too shallow in the middle, no water or Fridge in the room, even complementary. Rooms were too small for 2 people to move -Food was good, & also evening entertainment was good. 0n the whole it was good.

Highest praise possible to Haley for all her help regarding our trip to ABBA voyage especially regarding the overnight stay, only single rooms available we needed one double + one twin which she sorted, thank you Haley you are definitely an asset to the company.
