Called out Doodles today when my tyre blew after a pothole accident

I called out Doddles when my tyre blew out on my dog van in the middle of Bath centre yesterday.Waited around 15 mins before someone from Doodles arrived and fixed it with a new tyre quick time. Friendly helpful and made me feel at ease. Going to spread the news of the amazing service I received to all my clients and friends. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Took my sons BMW for tyres to be fitted, greeted by charming gentleman who took all the hassle out what one has to go through usually when tyres need replacing

Phoned the Melksham garage to enquire about tyre prices as was quite competitive.
Booked in at that morning and got phone call early afternoon to say tyres are in.
Called in and luckily drove straight in.
Had tyres and alignment done ( shown how far my alignment was out) and pleased with the cost .
The site was very clean, and Anthony and Josh was very pleasant to speak to.

This company was recommended by my breakdown company when I had a blowout and couldn’t get home.
They had my tyre in stock - a Tesla Model X tyre … in stock!! Unheard of with most companies and was there within the hour. Changed it and showed me the issue. Recommended I take up with the garage I had just had my car repaired to as they should not have let my car leave the garage with a tyre in that condition and he was right, took up with the garage and got a full refund!

Blown away by the experience. Today I booked in for a AIRCON regas. The customer experience from start to finish was first class. Friendly and efficient staff and an outstanding price. Just had 4 tyres fitted and the whole process from tyre choice, getting a quote and having the tyres fitted was simple and very professional and good value. Went back in after 50 miles and had wheel bolts re-torqued and again quick service. Both guys polite and helpful. Thanks

Today I called Doodles to ask if they could kindly come to my house to replace my car battery as totally Flat.
LYNDON a very HAPPY polite lad came to my rescue and replaced my battery.
Considering he has been travelling here their and everywhere today keeping everyone Happy, I would like to say to Lyndon THANKYOU SO MUCH for your Fantastic service.

FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO SAY I WAS STRANDED AFTER MY TYRE BURST, TO THE SUGGESTED SAFETY CHECK THE NEXT DAY (THAT THE WHEEL WAS TIGHTENED SUFFICIENTLY) EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF WAS POLITE, HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. LYNDON CAME OUT TO FIT THE NEW TYRE WITHIN THE TIME I WAS QUOTED AND DID IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

I would like to thank Anthony, both for the speedy arrival at our door (in order to replace a tyre on our Fiat) after hours, but also for the thorough walk-through the day after.

Anthony checked tyre alignment, and - whilst he might have charged us for a minor adjustment - was honest about the cost-effectiveness of doing so.

Anthony clearly enjoys his job; it was lovely listening to him talk about my car, and, once again, was honest about the time-frames in which work would need doing. There was no hard-sell ... no pressure to book work through Doodles. Just honest feedback and objective advice.

All of this inspired trust.

Doodles came and replaced my tyre roadside when I had a blow out. They made a stressful situation very easy and calm.l and I was able to get back on the road very quickly. Really friendly and helpful team

Blowout on the M4!! One call to Doodles and they sprung into action. Fitter was diverted towards me to assist with getting me mobile and save ASAP. They took the time to fully explain their processes and put my mind at ease. They even explained the best actions to be taken while stuck on the hard shoulder.
The van arrived and technician introduced himself politely, gave me a run down of what he would be undertaking and proceeded to replace my tyre on the side of the motorway. Once the tyre was back on he throughly explained the safest way to rejoin the motorway and made sure I was all set before letting me continue on my journey.
Fantastic communication and service throughout a stressful situation.
