I sent my items to them over a month ago not heard a thing, I have emailed customer services 3 times and I've tried calling nothing.

Great contact with Dont Sit On It from first to the last, return bag and labels arrived really quickly. Once items were boxed and sent to Post Office with tracked 24 label. Which was on monday. They contacted us on Wednesday with an offer for all our possessions we had decided to part with. Offer was good and once accepted was in bank account within minutes.
I would recommend Dont Sit On It.

Sent for a selling pack which arrived in a couple days. Once I returned it I received a call with an offer for my items. Once I accepted their offer they paid me within minutes.

They do EXCACTLY what it says on the tin!. I have sent 3 boxes to them now and I've taken their offers.
They're correspondence throughout the process is brilliant...they let you know when they have the box...they tell you their working on it...and this time round I posted my box on a Thursday afternoon....they message on the Monday morning with the offer....and it was in my bank 7 MINS later!!.... what can I say....other than my next label package is already on its way to me. I also phoned to check if they took certain items I had and I spoke to a very helpful woman the first time....and an equally helpful man the 2nd time. The man explained that the items I wanted to send may not be worth an awful lot and if I wasn't happy with the offer I was under no obligation to accept....so I knew beforehand that I wasn't going to have a huge offer. I was okay with the offer and I accepted it. 5 🌟

Fastest service in this field and pays more than others I've tried. Make note that take items regardless of condition so broken screens on phones need not sit in your drawer. I encourage people if you haven't used said item in months or sitting in loft cupboard sell it. Its never going anywhere else. Slightly better money and ultimate service speed.

Stay well clear of this business and it's affiliates. Con-artists. I sent a package with items of worth that exceeded £500. In the letter they sent me, they said the package would be insured up to £750. I sent the item Tracked 24 via Post Office with which Don't Sit On It have a business account. That package should have been sent back to me as apparently it arrived damaged, the item was never sent back and although I have now contacted them multiple times and told they will get back to me, they have not got back to me. I realise now from doing some research that this isn't a legitimate business, they are simply scam artists. I have contacted Royal Mail and I have now contacted trading standards via the government website and have started the wheels in motion for this business to be looked into. In the meantime, I will make sure everyone who looks at this business as a potential place to send in your goods, think again! Customer service is practically non-existant. I won't be surprised if we see this company featured on Panorama in the not-so-distant future. We are living in times where people will fall for this as it looks legitimate on paper, this could be vulnerable people, your own grandparents etc. If you are reading this, take it from me, STEER CLEAR!

They are very prompt with everything, from sending postage labels to giving an offer

First time with this company and very impressed with the speed with which they dealt with my parcel. I agreed the price straightaway as it is was in the region I was hoping for and the money was in my account within minutes. Altogether 3 days (including a weekend) from posting my parcel to receiving the money. Would definitely go with them in the future.

I sent my items extremely well packaged. There were 4 glasses and a honey pot. I sent them in one package but 2 boxes inside as I used a lot of bubble wrap. They sent me an offer, I refused. They sent my items back in one box with hardly any protective wrapping. All the glasses had shattered. I was so sad. I contacted them and they said we don't recommend you send glass. I explained that the items I sent to them arrived in one piece as I wrapped them correctly. How can it be my fault if they arrived in tact, but when they returned them in a box with little bubble wrap and they break k that's my fault? Why didn't they wrap them correctly, because I refused their offer? Terrible attitude do not trust them with your valuables.

I Sent a few earrings as l can no.longer put them in my ears and they were just sitting in the jewellery box. I had a valuation within 24 hours and l agreed with it and the money was in my account within a few minutes. I recommend using them as it's better to have money in your pocket than sitting in a drawer

Heard the advert on the radio. Requested the pack which arrived quickly. The instructions were so simple to follow. Sent my items off and received a text with an offer the next working day which I accepted. The payment came into my bank very quickly. All in all a very positive experience. Would happily use again.

Easy to arrange from ordering the prepaid returns label and the communication recieved once items received by them to send you your offer price and then being pain almost instantly. Highly recommended service for all those unwanted items you have laying around the house. Thank you DSOI 5*
