I would not recommend Doneverse to any small business.

The marketing expertise promised during the sales process was not what I received. Instead of experienced marketing support, I received basic task assistance that required significant training and oversight from me.

I paid thousands of dollars upfront, the service did not meet expectations, and my request for a prorated refund was denied. I was extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Save your money. Hire directly for a fraction of what Donverse charges.

My VA (Neth) has been a game changer for my business. I went from struggling to create content, email campaigns, and working on day to day to day tasks to having my whole month planned out. If I need anything urgently done my doer is able to assist quickly. I’m so happy I found her! She has made my social media and email campaigns look amazing. It’s created structure for me and given me breathing room to focus on other things as a founder. I highly recommend Doneverse for the price and talent I’ve received . Thank you!

I really enjoyed working with my doer, Jamie Nilo. We spent a lot of time learning together and had a great working relationship. She was creative, resourceful, thorough and detail oriented.I don't know how I would have established all the programs and systems we have put into place the last 8 months without her. The consistency of our social media presence is the result of her efforts. My business is in a much better place because of her work ethic. I am grateful for her contributions and I know she will continue to do great things.

We've had a great experience working with Donverse. Sarah (my doer) has been a wonderful addition to our team. She is eager to learn, takes direction well, and consistently produces thoughtful, polished work. One of the things I appreciate most is her communication. She checks in at the beginning and end of each shift, keeps me informed of her progress, and is very responsive to feedback.

And it is so awesome to have a full time person doing the every day task to keep things running!

Sarah is especially strong in Canva, organization, and creating professional-looking spreadsheets and documents. She also came to us with Kajabi experience, which was a huge bonus and allowed her to jump in and help with website projects almost immediately.

She is thorough, dependable, flexible, and has a great attitude. I've really enjoyed working with her and look forward to seeing her continue to grow. I would happily recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a capable and dedicated virtual assistant.

I've been working with Doneverse for just over a month now and I could not be happier. My "doer" is awesome. I've worked with VAs before. They are hit and miss for sure. This one is like having a full time employee who works for me instead of Doneverse. On top of that, if my Doer doesn't already know how to do something I need, Doneverse will train him to do it - at no extra cost. There are also coaching calls for "Founders" which is what the business owner is called. I haven't attended one yet, but I know when I get into a rhythm, I certainly will. This is so much more than a virtual assistant. And no way could I hire someone to work for my company for the fee I pay Doneverse.

I am very happy with the work and knowledge that my Doer, Sofia has brought to the platform energy platform that is emerging with my work in film, writing, web based energy app etc we have accomplished a lot more than I could have done on my own. I am very appreciative for her.
I have not had a lot of time to see what else the company offers. I saw a focus on Go High Level when I was getting my feet wet but which was a platform that did not meet my needs. There are so many ways to market and organise that are free.
There is an inside group working on a website build for the platform that has emerged and I am excited to see their results. I will leave an update here once I receive it.
I was told there are other VA assistant companies so if you are comparing I cannot share anything in this regard, This organization seems to have support tools and program trainings for the VA and Me but I have been so busy I have not had a change to explore them.

Doneverse has been a great asset for my company helping me outsource some essential growth strategies such as social media, funnel building, marketing and help me build out a great retention tool using a proven CRM. Of course its all based on the "Doer" they plug you in with, my guy Justin Bondoc is the reason for the 5 stars, he has been very responsive, creates great content and is 100% aligned with my vision. Could not ask for a better Doer!

Yvan (my doer) has been very helpful and gets things done! If anyone is looking for VA services the Doneverse team can probably cover many tasks while you concentrate on other aspects of business. Yvan is fabulous as he is self motivated and is always proactive at finding 'other' things my business can use to perform better. A1 experience for me. Thank you Yvan!

I’ve had an excellent experience with and especially with my VA, Maeca. She is creative, intelligent, professional, and incredibly proactive. She manages Altura Drone Services’ social media, helped revamp our website by teaching herself WordPress through Doneverse resources, and keeps me constantly updated on marketing and SEO initiatives. Doneverse has totally exceeded my expectations. I'm a business of 1 with up to 5 contract workers at a time, but have never found the full-time person who was the right fit - until now. Grins everywhere. Anjel and I have a great time working together. We did a cold start 1st June 2025 with a website name and a dream. We went live on the 1st July 2025 and are clocking sales at a very useful rate. Our reputation is spreading and we are receiving orders from customers I had never even thought of. Anjel built my website, she manages my incoming emails, keeps me alerted to details that need my attention and does so many things quietly and competently. If Anjel says she is unsure how to do something, I can go to the Doneverse and find the appropriate course. I plug her in, she learns, then implements competently.
The best part? None of the risk or endless paperwork/compliance that comes with giving someone a permanent job here in Australia. 1 monthly payment. Done.

Scheduled a call a week ago, via my business email. Received several reminders via text, email and a phone call. I arrived at the meeting on time, and no one showed up. I emailed and replied to texts and received no response. Such a shame, as I really do need assistance. It feels to me as tho this is a fake company.
