DOMNO. Omdömen 

Ich hatte am 21.05.2024 eine größere Bestellung bei Domno aufgegeben (2x Hosen, 2x Pullover, insgesamt 164 €). Am 22.05. kam die Versandbestätigung, aber danach ging bei DPD nichts mehr voran. Am 29.05. musste ich den Kundenservice kontaktieren und habe dann erfahren, dass mein Paket „anscheinend“ verloren gegangen ist. Mein Geld habe ich zwar erstattet bekommen, aber die Pieces waren einmalig. Echt schade, dass Domno nicht versucht hat, das Paket zu finden oder nachzuverfolgen. :/

Meine zweite Bestellung vom 23.05. (2x kurze Hosen) kam immerhin an, aber die Farben und der Stoff waren komplett anders als erwartet, das war enttäuschend. Noch dazu kamen unerwartete Extrakosten von 25€ Zollgebühren bei der Abholung im DPD-Shop. Also habe ich 30 € für die Hosen, 8 € Versand und 25€ Zoll gezahlt. 63€… dafür, dass die Hosen mir nicht mal richtig gefallen. Hat sich für mich leider überhaupt nicht gelohnt.

Leider werde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen. Schade, dass mit DPD verschickt wird. Meine Erfahrungen damit sind einfach nicht gut. DHL auf die eins!! ☝🏻

Ordered 9 piece mystery jewellery box, came in decent time.

I asked for mainly rings but they only sent 3 and 6 chains, I would have just ordered a ring bundle if I knew they would ignore my note.

The products themself seem like decent quality though.

Caution for those buying the mystery box from the US. Sizing was so off and if you want to return have to pay 100 dollars in shipping. Out so much money now and have to donate all the clothes.

Got the 8 ball pendant. The pendant is good but the chain is ass. Customer service was good but these guys absolutely bombard you with emails if you give them your email. I got like 4 different 10% discount codes which would have been nice if I could use them in one order, but apparently you can’t even stack them.

On a side note, the founder (or one of his subordinates probably) emailed me asking for a 10 minute phone call for feedback on my pendant in exchange for a $25 USD voucher at their shop. I schedule the appointment and the dude doesn’t even bother to call me 🤦

Tldr- chain bad, pendant good, customer service good, they spam ur email and ain’t professional about it either

I got the premium mystery box. i asked for baggy and size large because i’m a tall guy, plus i asked for a hoodie. It’s clear they don’t read the note which they ask you to write about your style because i received some slim fit trousers and a ratty blue t-shirt. Massively disappointed. The necklace was nice though but not for 60 quid.

I ordered a mystery box worth 80 pounds and a mystery item, I got a dirty blue adidas fleece and got a light blue pair of shorts that did not go and had a few brown stains the top size wasn't correct and the jewellery was very small and really thin it didn't look like it was worth anything and I was expecting to he styled nicely then for that to show up at my door I had a shock when opening it

The clothes came as described, looking fresh, wrapped nicely and arrived on time. Definitely coming back to shop x

Bought a mystery box worth 160 pounds and paid extra for delivery. Package was a day late, the Nike jacket that came in my box had a faulty zip and broke as I put it on for the first time. T shirt was oddly stretched around the neck area. The only thing I liked in my box was the hoodie and jeans. But for the price I paid all in all I believe I lost out in a lot of money here.

Stoked with how fast the box got here, even more stoked with the pieces themselves. Every piece went so well with eachother.

I've placed orders twice so far, and I've been amazed by the mystery outfits. Both times, I received top-notch Nike and Ralph Lauren pieces which i wear all the time .The customer service has been exceptional too!

I have been a customer of Domno Vintage for many years and it is very disappointing that it has gotten to the point where I feel compelled to write this review.
I used to buy garments that I would select myself from the website, and I had several positive experiences. Prices were fair and delivery was of a high standard, it became my go to website to view and purchase vintage clothing with some decent discounts on offer through the loyalty scheme too.

When the mystery boxes became an option I was excited to try them and I signed up for premium mystery box subscription service. The first box arrived and the items were decent, I was hoping for clothes that were nicer but they fit and they were fairly suited to my style profile. One of the items of clothing, a pair of jeans didn't fit me so I returned them with some more detail regarding sizing preferences. I received one more mystery box around the same time as the replacement trousers. The second mystery box was less satisfactory than the first one in terms of standard of clothing, which led to me cancelling the subscription. There were also a pair of trousers in the second box that again were too small, so another return had to be done.

The replacement pair of trousers I received for my first return again did not fit. Thankfully the replacement for the second return did fit and matched my style profile. I have had to return three different pairs of trousers over the last few months as they have repeatedly not fit me despite specific sizing preferences being provided. There was also a significant period of time that passed up until earlier this month where I heard nothing regarding my replacement garment, and upon investigating by messaging the Instagram page I was informed that they had forgotten to send me my replacement.

The most frustrating part of this process, has been the repeated mislabelling of parcels resulting in me being charged €35+ of completely unnecessary customs charges (a conversation with a local postal office worker revealed if the parcels are labelled correctly that custom charges are not necessary for replacement items of clothing as they are not new transactions). I made an effort to communicate this with them after the 3rd charge and was told that the message had been passed on to Dom, the person in charge I assume. This evening I had to pay my 4th unnecessary customs charge for a t-shirt, when what I originally (~5 months ago) wanted was trousers.

Overall a thoroughly dissatisfying experience with a company I will be avoiding from here on out. The problems were all avoidable and although the customer service displayed by one employee Mia was without fault, a very careless way of going about business leading to this bad review.

TLDR - Mystery boxes poor, replacement garments mislabelled leading to unnecessary customs charges, replacement garment apparently forgotten about before inquiry, ignored requests to label packages correctly.
Avoid if you want a reliable, straightforward purchasing experience.
