Just had our air con installed and it's been fantastic! The whole team was amazing, really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we needed for our home. They kept everything tidy during the install and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, we had the air con unit installed about 3 years ago and it's been flawless ever since. We have an annual service to keep it in top condition. Josh the service engineer was really professional and friendly and got the job done fast.

Ryan was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. When we weren’t sure whether to get 2 or 3 indoor units he came for a home visit to talk us through the process & pros/cons. This all without feeling forced to make a decision on the spot nor did we feel like we were pushed into purchasing. Ryan made sure we made a well informed decisions, which we appreciate!

Once decide on which unit we wanted, they got to work pretty quickly. The engineers were friendly, efficient and clean! They left the house in the way they found it. I also got the option to purchased a cover for the outdoor unit which they installed and makes the front of our house look a lot smarter.

Overall a great experience & would definitely use them for any AC installation in the future!

This is the second Panasonic split air-conditioning unit I’ve had installed by Domestic Air — the first was in my bedroom two years ago, and this time in the living room. Both times the installation has been carried out to a very high standard. The engineer was professional, efficient, and left my home clean and tidy. I’m extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Domestic Air to anyone considering air-conditioning.

After lots of research, I settled on this company to instal my Heat and Aircon units. Like most customers you question yourself, have I chosen the right company. Well I most definitely did. From pre install right through to the end, the whole project was seamless, the engineers were professional, polite and extremely hard working. Would highly recommend.

"oh but it's only hot once a year in the UK". Firstly, it's hot enough way more than that. Secondly, when it is, even the Aussies can't stand our unique flavour of heatwave. A swamp cooler isn't going to cut it, portable units are louder than jet engines and cost a fortune to run. Get yourself a proper split unit and you won't regret it. The best time to get one is just before a heatwave. The second best time is now.

Now you're convinced to have AC installed, you can't go wrong with Domestic Air. They offer a wide range of units from all the major brands. Their communication is excellent and prompt, you'll have all the information you need. The installation itself was a smooth process and the end result is a neat and seamless install.

Our experience with Domesticair has been fantastic. Ryan was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive prior to the install, and the installers Marty and Conrad were punctual, tidy and completed work to a high standard. The dual split system we had installed has done a great job of combatting the warmer temperatures we’re now experiencing, allowing us to have a rested sleep at a comfortable temperature with no background noise.
