The costumer support doesn’t respond at all.Wireless hd camera cannot be recognised by the application.So this make the camera useless

Pleased with my purchase and the advice…
Pleased with my purchase and the advice I received from Christopher of customer care.
The only minor quibble is the sd card I purchased seperately can't be inserted with any ease.
I guess this is why the company offers pre installed cards.

Camera good, manual poor
Prompt delivery, goods as described, but I'm disappointed to see the same poor-quality Chinese instruction leaflet. These cameras can sometimes be a pig to set up: better instructions are needed.

Great service
Wasn't too sure what power pack was required as my orginal one is no longer sold.
Phoned the office, staff pointed me in the right direction and talked me through whilst I was on the phone to get to the correct page and the replacement required online to purchase.

Bought a cctv system almost 3 years ago but lost password of nvr. Contact domar on there email. Got reply same day and with there help I logged in again. Really helpful and great after support service very impressed.
