Very disappointed customer. Zero Stars!
I have to say this is the worst company I have come across in terms of customer service. Here is my story:
I purchased two doors for installation in my house. Firstly the doors did not arrive on time. The delivery date was postponed by Domadeco's without explanation. But there was more to come.
When the doors did arrive, the delivery was split in two - even when Domadeco didn't inform me beforehand. That meant I couldn't get the builders in to start the installation as I had planned.
When we finally started the installation we discovered the internal doors wouldn't fit into the measurement we provided. Initially, we got some response but then Domadeco went completely quiet afterwards. We called, mailed, texted and even tweeted hoping someone will respond. We had to spend another £300 before we could install - and also had to throw away lots of incompatible parts.
If it was possible to give Domadeco a zero stars, I will do it!
New Fargo Door & Side Screens
After the traumatic experience of having a drunk driver crash through my front door. Which damaged the door and side screens beyond repair. My wife and I decided on the replacement door and screens we would go for something a little more modern looking. We chose a door from the Domadeco range with side screens. We asked as I was disabled if we could have somebody to come out and measure the door and side screens accurately. After a period of 2 weeks and despite a number of calls to the company. I sent the measurements through with the help of a builder friend in the area. After the stated time on their website + 3 weeks. We were told everything had been delivered to us. After many arguments they finally admitted that the door was delivered to the wrong address and was now in Birmingham. The door, frame & sidescreens were left outside the front of the house. Nobody called to say they had been delivered and as it was during the pandemic sat out there for 2 days until a neighbour called us. Now for the fitting Domadeco work in an unusual way. You have to arrange your own fitter from a list and pay him separately. When I arrived home from my 2nd covid vaccination the door and side screens had been fitted. However instead of 2 glazed side panels I had 2 wooden blank inserts. Not what I had ordered. The door company said I had never ordered glazed side panels. This argument has now gone on for 1 year, so I decided to employ a glazing company who attended this week. These were a company of experienced glaziers who looked at the wooden blanks and said that they were fitted during manufacture and were not removable. Domadeco confirmed yesterday that these wooden blanks are screwed to the frame and they are not removable. I have now reached the end of my tether. I have a door and screens not fit for purpose that allows a cold draught through the 2 wooden side screens. When I phone the fitter up he hangs up on me. My next steps is to speak to trading standards and luckily I paid via Visa. I can only say if you have a barge pole follow the advice given. Never again

Good door, useless aftersales service
Ordered stainless steel front door which arrived with the wrong coloured strips on door. Contacted Domadeco who admitted it was their mistake so after 2 weeks received the right coloured strips. Asked Domadeco to send out someone to fit the strips and they said they would. No sign of 'installer' for 2 weeks. Got back on to Domadeco, spoke to male
who stated that he would contact 'installer' and get back to me within 2 hours. No return call. rang the next day and spoke to the same male as before who again stated that he would contact 'installer' and get back to me within 10 mins. This he actually did and said the 'installer' would arrive within the next 10 days and he would text me the installers number. Guess what, no text and no installer. I also had an issue with the locks not aligning like the previous post and a door installer had to be summoned to fix it. Door quality overall is good hence 2 stars but if you want aftersales service then don't use this company as you will be lied to and you will not have anyone attend to fix the issues. I had to amend part of this review due to the fact I identified the male by name so now months later I have still not heard from ' the installer'.
The worst service I have ever received
The long transit from Poland to the UK meant that the two doors I had ordered came damaged. Domadeco reluctantly offered to replace them, but it took them 3 months to deliver a new set of doors. Once the new doors were delivered, they had forgotten to include some ironmongery without which I couldn't install the doors. They said they would deliver the missing ironmongery, but this delivery never arrived. I had to chase them a further 2 months during which times I got ignored, I was called a liar (because they claimed I received the missing ironmongery already) and threatened me that "they know where I live" (when I threatened them back that I will dispute the transaction with amex if they don't send me the missing ironmongery). Finally, after I told them I will go to amex they agreed to send me new ironomongery.
Because of Domadeco's shocking service I had to delay moving in for 6 months. It was an incredibly stressful experience and the doors were not worth it at all for having to deal with these thugs. Bonus: the "metal" from the door handles is already starting to come off which means I'll probably have to change them after only a year of use!

The door looks great and the quality is next to none, had a small problem with the lock but got it sorted and now works great. Highly recommended.
Excellent product
Unlike some previous reviews we are extremely happy with our new front door. The quality of the door itself and the customer service we received were excellent.
The door was delivered to us in Devon when expected and the builder had no problem fitting and was impressed with the quality!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
I bought a door almost a year ago it was my error that the size was wrong however when I contacted the company to see if we could work something out they made alot of promises to help but never did I have now been fighting for over a year to get help and nothing. After paying almost £900 for a door I would expect better service. my advice find another company this one doesn't care about their customers They have changed thier name Used to be Domadeco STAY AWAY

Dear sir, I am not a cheater as you accuse me of . Personally I feel I am more of a roaring lion. I am not from a competing company, as personally I don't see any of their market share being erroded from your business technique of not answering phone calls, and calling potential customers liars. As someone who works in the customer services industry I am appaled and shocked by your response. I found in the past this is not the way to gain new customers. The reason I said £800 as that I am looking to furnisge 2 bedrooms. I apologise for incorrectly posting this price. I am happy to supply the times of the calls I made to your business to prove I am not from a competing business. I now intended to keep posting to this forum until you apologie. in writing to me. Your behaviour has been disgusting and I will intending to draft a letter of complaint to your MD. Kind regards sir.

Had various parts of entertainment…
Had various parts of entertainment system delivered faulty. Been trying to get all items replaced since September. Had 2 deliveries and items still faulty. Deliveries unplanned and receive call on the day of delivery not good if working! Communication poor with broken English and basic messages. If goods come ok then fine, any items faulty then good luck getting it sorted ! 5 months and still awaiting resolve. Website second to none, goods and service diabolical! Even had a call from one of the presumed owners offering me money to take down my review, told him my review was honest and factual and was immoral to ask me to take down! I had a duty of care to warn other consumers and get Domadeco to learn from their mistakes. He said I was been unfair, unfair is running a business with damaged goods and having no customer care!
