This is by design to ensure accuracy and completeness. Regarding liked posts, DolphinRadar monitors publicly available activity, so visibility depends on the target account's privacy settings and Instagram's own data availability.

All subscriptions can be canceled directly from your Dashboard under Settings > Cancel Subscription. If the subscription doesn't appear in your account, this may be related to the login method used (for example, if you signed up with Apple ID, the account may differ from a regular email login).

DolphinRadar uses Stripe as our payment processor. Depending on your bank and card issuer, charges may appear under a different merchant name or location (such as Singapore), which is related to the payment processing entity and not our company. We do not store any payment information on our end.

Hi Luca, we're sorry to hear about your experience.
Our Unfollower Tracker offers two modes: Fight Back (a one-time report) and Guardian Mode (ongoing monitoring). If the tool didn't perform as expected, it may be related to the target account's privacy settings or a sync delay. We'd love the chance to look into this.
Regarding cancellation, you can cancel anytime from Dashboard > Settings > Cancel Subscription. If you encountered any issues with this process, please contact us at info.dolphinradar@gmail.com and we'll assist you right away.

This tool works by comparing your current follower list against previous snapshots. For the most accurate results, Guardian Mode provides continuous tracking over time. A single report may have limited data if the account was just added. If something didn't work properly, we'd like to investigate.
