DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR RETURN POLICY IS TO HAVE YOU KEEP THE PRODUCT AND BUY MORE BY "JUST PAYING SHIPPING".

THEIR SIZING IS TOTALLY WRONG - THE PRODUCT IS LESS THAN PAPER THIN - AND THE SERVICE IS A JOKE. I HAD TO GET MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REVERSE THE CHARGES BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO STAND BEHIND THEIR SITE AND THEIR PRODUCT.

I placed an order and they sent the wrong sizes. Per their terms, customers can pay a $24.99 shipping fee to exchange only one item. And once you pay it you can send it and they'll replace it. They sent the wrong size a second time, and I paid another $24.99 but couldn't ship because USPS said the QR code was already used (?) So I'm out $150 for clothes I can't even put on, and $50 in shipping fees.

I would give this company NEGATIVE STARS if possible! What a joke, they state they are shirts made in Italy! WRONG more like CHINA!! ITS SAYS MADE IN CHINA ON THE SHIRT! Their sizing is for the size of a child from CHINA! Not any average size man in the USA! They scam you saying if you want a refund you will have to pay for shipment to ITALY!! When clearly its back to CHINA! The kicker of this is the address it was mailed from was in El MONTE CA.
I placed my order in early Nov. 2025 its now March of 2026 and I still dont have both of my replacement shirts! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE & I WILL MAKE A POINT TO TELL EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME!

Dolci sent out the wrong order and has yet to respond to my emails five days later. Also, the items that were correct in my order were very wrinkled, so I washed them one time and the horse emblem fell off the polo. This is a terrible product.

I wanted to check ZERO stars but that was not available. Do not order from this lousy company. They lost my order twice, now I am trying to get my $135 back, but they will not answer my emails. Very unprofessional. Do not trust them, worst company I have ever tried to order from.

They send the wrong size shirts, all the size tags were removed from the shirts and they look like they were X small.when i reached out to them about the wrong sizes they said to keep the shrits and it would cost 29.99 for them to send the correct size. i ask for a refund and have received no response. total scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought the Veneto polo. Very poor quality and has a ridiculous vertical wording on the front - people think you are an idiot when they see it. Avoid this gimmicky shirt.

My experience with Dolci Laudo was extremely disappointing. The quality of the items I received was far below what was advertised, and they even sent me the wrong size. When I contacted customer service, I found out they don’t offer proper returns — instead, you have to pay over $100 for international shipping just to send it back yourself. For the price they charge, the service and quality were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

This place is a scam. Sends clothing that feel like paper and are the wrong size that was ordered. Then tells you you’re responsible to return their clothes to Italy when they operate in Utah.

Ordered some shirts after seeing a facebook post and mistakenly didn't read the reviews first. Never received the shirts and the tracking number they provided showed the item going to a completely different address and state than mine. I inquired multiple times to be told to be patient. I"m out almost $100. wish I read the reviews first.

I ordered two XXL polo tops before Christmas 2025 and I was not overly concerned that they did not arrive until 13 January 2026. However they were not XXL but medium size and fitted my medium size friend who gratefully accepted them at no cost. To return them to the sender (if I had have been able to locate when they were actually sent from as there was no packing slip included and incidentally no size, washing instructions or type of fabric indicated on the tops) would have cost between $40 to $50 in postage. Therefore my friend can now disport himself and prove or disprove the marketing blurb that they will make him irresistible to women.

I found their shirts to be too stiff and poorly fitting for my taste. I was hoping for a stretchy fit to show of my muscle gains, but their fabrics seem to do the opposite of that. the sleeves on one shirt was too wide and did not want to hug my arms. Then they offered to send me a free shirt because I was unhappy. So, I ordered a smaller size thinking THAT would fix the sizing problem; However, I can't get the new free smaller shirt over my shoulders. Not even close. The company is in Italy, and I gather things are done differently than what I'm accustomed to California. In my opinion, their products are horrible.

Zusätzlich ist die Stoffqualität enttäuschend: Dünn, nur für den Sommer geeignet und bei der weißen Variante stark durchsichtig. Insgesamt entspricht das Produkt weder den Zusagen noch den Erwartungen.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This store is a scammer. The polo tags were evidently removed, the XL fits like a small, but there is no way of telling because there aren’t any tags. Bad quality materials. DO NOT BUY

I wish I read the reviews here before I made my order but it was too late. The moment they arrived and the label showed it was shipped from Shenzhen China I knew something was up.

The stitching is terrible, nothing about this shirt says quality and a lot of it says mass production.

There is only one label on the shirt that says

"MADE IN CHINA SINCE2013"

There is no cleaning instructions, no material label - nothing.

Very disappoined with my purchase and it will be my last.

Eight Items bought six did not fit. They had no labels to show the true size requested. When asked to return the items they kept saying the company will loss and its better to keep them since it will cost me more in shipping cost than the value of the itmes (they offered to send a t-shirt free). It was unpleasant experianc.
