Ordered a coat on Black Friday didn’t receive until December 31st and sting coat arrived I asks for an exchange. I waited a long time for a reply for my exchange and then I sent it back on the 23rd January. I have had no replies ever since and still no cost and over £500 lost. I tried email , WhatsApp online chat from the website and even tried calling from WhatsApp.im absolutely devastated as £500 is a massive amount of money. I purchased a coat on January 9th, and it was never delivered.
Two weeks ago, I received a notification saying I would be refunded. The Shop.com app shows the refund as completed, but nothing has been credited to my credit card.
I have tried contacting customer service several times without success.
It has now been two months since the purchase, and I am still without the product and without my money. This is completely unacceptable.

I cancelled my order after waiting over a month without receiving anything. Following the cancellation, they confirmed in writing that my refund was processed on December 3rd.
Months later, I still have not received the refund, and the company has since stopped responding to emails and messages altogether.
I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately and professionally, but the lack of communication shows a total disregard for customers. Confirming a refund and then going silent is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices.
If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left chasing your money with no response. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Lack of response on return and new order
The lack of response via email, instagram dm and whatsapp is astonishing. You pay a lot of money and do not get any customer service. I received my order multiple weeks after promised delivery date. When I had to exchange it for a different size there was no response and the portal said that I was too late to ask for a return - tried to report my return the same day of receipt. Returned the item to their boutique (same as ship from address).
Noticed the scam warnings too late so placed a new order. No news on my return except after +10 reminders that they didn’t receive it - tracking says they did. After again reminders on new order and return no response at all. Have started a charge back procedure. What a scam!
REPORTED AS SCAM WITH THE BANK AND GOT A REFUND
Just to offer to support to anyone else who has been scammed and had little to no response after placing an order, ir been promised a refund will be processed, I reported this company as fraud with trade and standards and advised I would report them on companies house and raised a fraud case with my bank. The bank has managed to have my money refunded the next day and they will look to investigate the business!!! Please make sure you report it to the bank you made payment from. Hope this helps everyone who this company has scammed!!
