I ordered shoes for my son's prom. The color of the first pair did not match, so I exchanged for a white pair. He ended up going with a different color and they would not accept a return on the white pair and said only 1 return or exchange allowed. Their policy stated unlimited (and you pay a small fee for that at checkout). I copied their posted policy and emailed this to them. They then stopped responding. Their posted return policy is posted below. Nowhere does is say 1 return/exchange. And actually says unlimited.

I order a pair of shoes size 11. The shoes that arrived fit like a size8.

I tried to return shoes but was told they do not eccept international returns.

I called customer service and was told they do not accept phone calls.

The return policy is 14 days, not 30 days.

Feel cheated fro recieving a poor product not as described.

I found this company via Google search after learning the jacket I ordered from another company, was on back order and would not make it to me before my son's prom. After finding the jacket on the website, I called the store and spoke with Mohamed. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He guaranteed I would have the jacket on time and even threw in a matching bow tie. His customer service was excellent. The jacket was perfect and arrived exactly as expected.

Excellent experience around throughout my order. It was a gift for my husband & he loves the shoes. Read a lot of negative reviews & still decided to placed my first order. Glad I did! The shipped the next day & updated me by letting me know where package was. They messaged me again to tell me my order was almost there. The next day they let me know it was delivered. This company provided AAA+++ service!

I love the shoes and suit collection of this company. I can buy luxurious design and great fabric at a great price. They know my size very well and I can order anything , have delivered alter it slightly and wear for my event. My choices always make statement .recommend so much .
