Fence works great. Guys got it in in 1 day.

We have had a DogWatch fence at both of our homes. Product is reliable. Owners and staff great people. They are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. I looked at other options which were much more expensive and not as user-friendly when it came to troubleshooting.

Our dogs are so much happier. Especially the beagle. He loves not being tied out or stuck in a cage anymore. 10 years of being tied up and now he has the freedom to run in the backyard. The pups are much more safe and no their boundries. We still keep the watch its up (flags) as a reminder. Best investment ever. Great people great product great service.

We researched various in-ground fence options. Dog Watch was middle of the road in price. They were super professional on the phone as well as when installing. They trained out lab puppy easily & explained to us what we needed to do to continue training. It was a super easy process - our pup loves going outside on his own & we love feeling safe & secure that he will not run off. We highly recommend!!

appreciated how they actually came out to look at our property before giving an estimate; the personal training was great. Have had the system for 4 years and have had zero problems with it. Our dog broke out of the yard less than 5 times in past 4 years and most times were doing his training period.

While initial installation was great, trying to get the fence serviced has been nonexistent. Multiple attempts have been made and either our calls have not been returned and at least three service appointments have been made that no one has shown up to.

I would have given them fIve starts based on the performance of the fence alone, however, since we have had the fence (almost 2 years) our one dog has out grown his collar. I called the representative and never got a call back. I am also not pleased with the collar selection. I ended up purchasing a leather hole punch to attach the device that admits the signal to any collar. It worked great. I would recommend this company on the fence alone

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received in having our Dog Watch fence installed. The time they spent training my dogs and the instructions we received made all the difference in keeping our dogs safe. We haven’t had an escape since having it installed almost two years ago!
