Read what you are getting yourself into very carefully. #1, I made the mistake of thinking I was purchasing a three month only plan. Wrong! They make the price look cheap upfront and then charge you triple when your “trial” ends. There is no reminder or warning that you are about to be charged way more. They hope you forget or don’t read the fine print so that you are stuck paying $80! Makes me sick. If they were an honest company, they would refund you your full amount if you canceled.

Surprise charge
I purchased this and never used it so cannot speak to it's content. I however thought I canceled and got a $119 charge today. I asked them to please check my log in history and refund my money. They said no. I never got a notice of renewal and was charged. I would recommend an in person actual dog trainer instead of this. Thanks for nothing. 👎

The videos are well explained
The videos are well explained, easy to follow, and they really do work. Personally I like the explanation of WHY the training works the way it does - and the differentiation between what is science and what is opinion. I.e. dogs will respond in X way when you do Y vs we prefer to use raw meat for treats for our dogs but it's ok if you choose to use something else.

A company that preys on unsuspecting customers with forced subscription renewals. Not customer friendly. Do not honor 100% customer satisfaction and if a company has to force a customer to pay because its in the fine print and cannot honor a customers request to cancel and refund money. Thats a bad company and a bad way to make money.

Wish I had looked here first! I saw the ads on Facebook, and signed up, thinking it would be a great experience. They offered a money-back guarantee, a great deal, as it was on sale for $49, went ahead and got it. I then proceeded to completely forget about it and never actually use it. Oh well, such as life. Imagine my surprise when 6 months later, I'm billed $120 for a recurring charge. I politely contact their customer service, explained that I overlooked the recurring billing, and asked for a refund of the $120. Not the entire purchase, which I never used, just the new billing cycle. The response I got was, "Sorry, you don't qualify for a refund according to our Money Back Guarentee Policy", we won't refund you, but we'll gladly address any issues that you have. Well, the only issue I have is that you won't refund me, and you aren't addressing that, so I don't have high hopes. Time to file a charge back with my credit card company!

I signed up to this program on facebook. The videos are awful lip synch is out and annoying music plays throughout. This morning they took $49.99 from my account without letting me know. There is no where on there website to unsubscribe. Luckily my bank spotted the transaction and stopped it my card has now been blocked as a result. Stay away!

Abzocke und Abofalle!
Update: Wegen dieser - vermutlich zutreffenden - Bewertung wurden mir mehrmals (günstige) Angebote gemacht, mit der Bitte, die Bewertung zu löschen. Natürlich habe ich dies nicht angenommen und ich werde meine Bewertung auch nicht löschen.
Aufgrund der sehr einladenden Infos habe ich mich damals für die Testaktion für 20€ entschieden. Aufgrund des sehr sehr sehr schlechten Inhaltes habe ich vor einem Monat eine Rückerstattung beantragt und diese auch bekommen! Die Videos sind einfach nur totaler Unsinn, schlecht und vermitteln kein geschultes Wissen, was man als Hundebesitzer nicht schon wüsste! Zudem sind die Videos höchstwahrscheinlich aus Amerika und englischsprechenden Menschen, welche einfach von vermutlich KI-gestützten Programmen ins Deutsche übersetzt werden. Reine Abzocke! Auch ich musste feststellen, dass mir heute 50€ abgebucht wurden, obwohl nie angegeben war, dass sich ein Abonnement - welches ich überhaupt nicht angeschlossen habe!!! - automatisch verlängert. Pure Abzocke und reine Abofalle! Aufpassen und auf gar keinen Fall darauf reinfallen! Maßlos enttäuscht!

Nachtrag: eine Kündigung wurde sofort bearbeitet. Allerdings wird man mir das Geld nicht zurückerstatten oder entgegenkommen. Ist okay - aber dafür bleibt es auch bei dem 1 Stern.
Wenn so viele Menschen das Abo nach dem Test „überlesen“, würde ich als seriöser Anbieter meine Seite anpassen… ein Schelm ist, wer da böses denkt.

Big scam.
I found this app in FB ads and got curious to have a trial. They never mentioned you would be charged again at some point. There's no reminders nor you can consult your subscription plan anywhere. You don't even know that you are buying a subscription until they charge you without your consent and when you request a refund they refer to their scammy money back guarantee thing where they expect you to record your dog following their instructions. What the heck?? I'm not even asking for refund for the initial trial I did authorize, I want it for the subscription I had no idea I was signing up for.

Found the dog training plan suitable to my dog and in the comfort of your own home. The trainer offered good hints and tips in guiding to a better dog. Can be expensive if you take out full package. Make sure you read the small print.
