I'm finding this training really helpful and my dog has come along in leaps and bounds thanks to the excellent advice!
My only negative is that the video/ audio is a little off. It was off-putting initially but I have got used to it.

TESTABO 1 Monat für 39,99 € abgeschlossen. Nun werden alle 3 Monate 79,99 € via Paypal abgebucht. Totale Abzocke. Man bekommt keinen Hinweis, dass man das Test-Abo kündigen muss. Werde Anzeige erstatten!!! Auch keine Reaktion vom Betreiber!!!
Heute hat sich der Support gemeldet, entschuldigt und zumindest 79,99 € zurückerstattet. Immerhin, - finde ich Klasse!!!
Es sollte jedoch wie es sich gehört, nach Ablauf des Test-Abo's ein Hinweis auf Fortlauf des Abo's oder Kündigung kommen und nicht einfach der Betrag abgebucht werden. Trotzalledem zufrieden.

This is definitely a scam
This is definitely a scam. I opted for a heavily discounted trial which I was happy to pay for. The content is rubbish and I didn't use it after watching 1 session.
3 months later they take £79.99 from my account. I requested a refund 3 times but told me I didn't meet the criteria for their refund policy.
I paid through PayPal so raised a dispute with them, who ruled in my favour and was refunded straight away.
They are deceitful thieves. Don't let them get away with it

Don't trust any online company like Doggyplan
I called them during the trial period to cancel, which was a 7 day period. I changed my credit card, and now several months later, they are charging me for a new plan!

Purchase converted to a subscription without my knowledge
I purchased what I thought was a one off plan from them through an Instagram advert not realising the small print said that after 30 days they would convert my purchase into a £50 a month subscription. Plan didn’t even work on my dog. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von meinem Erlebnis mit doggy-plan.com. Trotz meiner rechtzeitigen Kündigung des Abonnements Ende Mai werden weiterhin unberechtigte Beträge von meinem Konto abgebucht. Ich habe mehrfach versucht, das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren, um das Problem zu klären, aber ich habe keinerlei Unterstützung oder eine klare Antwort erhalten.
Es ist völlig inakzeptabel, dass meine Kündigung nicht bearbeitet wurde und ich keine Bestätigung erhalten habe. Dies ist nicht nur ein schlechter Kundenservice, sondern auch eine unlautere Geschäftspraxis.
Ich kann doggy-plan.com aufgrund dieser unprofessionellen und enttäuschenden Erfahrung absolut nicht empfehlen.

NEVER USE THEM!! Unfortunately I didn't see the other reviews and got sucked in - paid initial trial fee, then after trial period they took more money. Won't refund it even though you pay in advance, and i contacted them to cancel/refund on the day payment was taken. They refuse to refund, give you ever so polite emails which are basically a waste of time. Don't waste your time like I and others have done, learn from our mistakes. And they deserve zero, not even 1 star.

Pay attention to the fine print. If you get an unexpected charge, you will not get a refund. The fine print explains it. I just got done reading some of the reviews and I am not the only one to have had this experience. BEWARE

Minus 1’000 i have had no feedback or correspondence paid 19.99€ for the training programme no subscription at all otherwise i would not have taken it.then they took 49.99€ the other day out of my bank without permission, its theft.
This seems a common occurrence, using you pet to steal off you how low can people sink i will get my money back this is total theft..

Same as other reviews! Total Scam ! If I could give zero stars I would. This, like the other reviews shows prospective purchasers this is a scam. I originally paid €19 for a training guide only to find a month later I was debited €79,99 for a subscription service. When I queried this with these scammers they said that the terms and conditions are clear. I am very careful online but don't recall ever seeing this. Apparently I subscribed to a monthly amount. Yeah right. A reputable company would provide an email warning that a direct debit is pending. I never intended to subscribe to anything so this is dishonest. In Australia this company would be prosecuted for misleading and deceptive conduct.
The responses from the company are patronising and refer you to a money back guarantee which is laughable as its not achievable. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
