I keep sending emails and they absolutely refuse to acknowledge I didn't sign up for whatever bullsh*t they're selling. Very good dog training app, I think it's worth the money, but you have to be careful that they don't automatically charge you without your knowledge. Customer support is very quick to respond and resolve any issues, and they are very nice to talk to for any questions.

I think this is a very good course. Things are well explained. It’s a little different with it being dubbed, but overall has great information and the videos are very helpful. I’ve watched this course multiple times.

Quand on prend l'offre ponctuelle, il n'est écrit nulle part que l'on s'engage pour un abonnement !
Je viens d'être prélevée de 114,03€.
C'est à fuir pour cette raison mais pas que. Les vidéos sont des vidéos traduites désagréables à écouter et beaucoup de blabla pour avoir finalement peu de vrais astuces pour l'éducation du chien.
Je ferai le nécessaire pour me faire rembourser au besoin par voie judiciaire.

This is a company who cares only about your money
This is a company who cares only about money and trapping you into the subscription model. They did not notify of me of an upcoming resubscription charge before taking it from my card. When contacting them they promptly cancelled but refuse to offer a refund citing absurd reasons. I was not asking for my original investment to be refunded just the recent unnotified charge to my account. They only care about getting your money. I'm sure writing this will matter little to them since they obviously don't care about customer service or retention. Find another more reputable business to help you train your dog.

schade das es keine minus Sterne gibt.!!! Mir reicht es nun!!!!!! ich habe mein Abo nun schon 2 mal gekündigt und schon wieder wurden mir von Ihnen 79.99 über Paypal abgebucht.
Ich fordere sie hiermit auf mit sofortiger Wirkung die beiden Abbuchungen a´79.99 = 159,98 gesamt sofort Rück zu erstatten und mich endlich aus ihrem unseriösen Verteiler zu nehmen!!!
Sollten Sie dies nicht tun werde ich meinen Anwalt einschalten. Das ist das aller letzte. Über Ihre komischen e-mail Service bekommt man auch keine klaren antworten außer das man warten soll. ja genau warten damit sie so dreist sein können um weitere male abbuchen zu könnnen.
Ich erwarte eine vernünftige Rückmeldung in den nächsten 48 std. mit Lösung ansonsten regelt das mein Anwalt.

Do not buy.. Customer service is atrocious
Customer service is atrocious, don't buy into their money back guarantee, their methods are poor and you only have 30 days from purchase and need to prove they are rubbish. Also they will take money from your account to re-subscribe so ensure you don't get caught in their trap as they will absolutely refuse to refund this awful company, terrible product and the worst customer service I have experienced... ever!
