Well I was excited to get a safe gate for my precious dogs, but unfortunately the stickers didn't work, so we will try screws next. I feel stickers would be pretty useless for such a heavy piece. Luck... Se mer

We're sorry to see this, Greg. A customer service member has contacted you to get this resolved. It appears there has been a shipping delay to the US, but we will get this rectified for you.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Lots of info how to fit doggy gate if you’re unsure. Gates to fit all shapes and sizes of doors with options to get accessories to have a bespoke size. I have fitted the mini dog gate to my Motorhome, it was simple to do and fits perfectly. Time will tell if the stick-on brackets stay in place. Will be using it for the first time next week.

We brought a longer dog gate to create a safety barrier in our garden as we have a sharp drop and was worried about our dog as they have recently lost part of their sight. They were very much testing the waters and it was time to get something more structured to combat this issue. We can honestly say it’s been an absolute game changer !! Our anxiety levels have dropped drastically and it also looks great !!! Thank you dog g8 and your incredible service !

Many thanks for your review, Michael. It is disappointing to see this one-star negative review. We are sorry to see this. To close the gate is a manual process and if you are this unhappy with your order please do return the gate for a full refund. You have a 30 days returns period. Please do contact info@dog-g8.com for any further support.
Game changer
I bought this gate after seeing it on TV Dragons Den years ago and apart from the safety of both dogs and people is the most versatile thing ever bought. A variety of family dog breeds eventually led to my Boston terrier figuring out how to lift the gate to escape and sure enough Dog-G8 was smarter and provided a locking device -yaaaay

Bit of a mixed bag
Bit of a mixed bag. The buying experience (website, shipping costs and speed etc.) were excellent.
The actual guard is a lot less sturdy than I expected for the money. It is well made for what it is but isn’t really up to stopping an overly excited and determined dog.
For us; these will serve a purpose - allowing us to block off the doors to a few lesser-used rooms in the house without big, heavy gates being fixed in place.
The reviews that say the latch is fiddly to use one handed when closing the gate are right. This is normally a 2-handed operation.
All in all it is an OK bit of kit but more suited to the £50-60 price range than the current RRP.

Many thanks for your review, Chris. Thank you for the positive and honest comments. To engage the gate, please latch the bottom hook first. This is longer and makes latching easier. Please do get good use from the gates in the areas you are using them. If you need any further support please contact info@dog-g8.com
