Doctorum is a platform supported by selected UK-accredited subspecialist radiologists, able to access and report radiological imaging in all subspecialties including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET CT, Ultrasound, DEXA, X-Rays, Interventional Radiology & Mammography. The organisation is led by system-specific radiologists including neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, interventional ('pinhole surgery') radiologists and dual accredited molecular imaging specialists. Doctorum specialises in providing written second opinions on previous (NHS & private) imaging including pre-medicolegal assessment, but also offers subspecialist reports for NHS scans that have finally been performed yet are taking weeks to months to be reported. The platform can assist with retrieving medical imaging from any facility in the UK using the Image Exchange Protocol, and sending images anywhere in the world with Internet access. Urgent reports as well as report auditing are also available by agreement.

Fantastic, fast service to get the answers you need
Fantastic communication right from the start. I was able to specify which type of consultant I wanted to read the scans and detail the questions I wanted answered.
I got my report back with 36hrs and was fantastic. Really detailed but understandable and with the answers I needed to confirm the true picture of my diagnosis which the NHS didn’t show.
I would absolutely recommend you to try it, if you want a second opinion. Keep up the great service.

'Blind' review of scan
After having a CT scan with two diametrically opposite analyses by two radiologists, I contacted Doctorum for a blind review. Dr Lopez was exceptionally helpful from beginning to end and the review by Dr Hatrick was very thorough and swiftly completed. Follow-up questions were also answered clearly and quickly. I recommend Doctorum unreservedly.

Great personal service from Dr Lopez…
Great personal service from Dr Lopez including making the transfer of images easy (this has sometimes been problematic in the past with other providers to the point of me not even bothering). Dr Lopez was constantly on hand at all points by e-mail and phone. Then he chose an expert in the relevant radiological field and the results were through in less than two days.

MRI Lumbar Spine 2nd Opinion
I used Doctorum to obtain a 2nd opinion on an MRI scan of my lumbar spine. From the first contact the service was efficient and personal, with communications by email from a radiologist and director of the company. Tony made sure my request was allocated to a suitable radiologist (a neuroradiologist) and I received a very thorough report within 48 hours. The price of £200 was also at the lower end of the range that I came across searching the web.

Their professionalism was outstanding from start to finish, and the quality of their image reporting was thorough, clear, and delivered to a very high standard. Dr Lopez replied to my initial enquiry incredibly quickly. He was professional, helpful and thoroughly supportive.
