Doctor Alexa was very good, but concerned about personal information privacy.
Doctor Alexa was very good. It is sometimes hard to figure out if your request went through for an office visit. Hence, I repeated the process, and then got two charges for same visit, which was promptly credited back when I notified them of it. So all in all, this is a very good service. Concern: Please do not pass along by information to any third parties. I do not want my information to be stored. I value my privacy, and want my personal information deleted after a few months after a visit.

Don’t Recommend
I had a good experience once for an infection, but the second time I was prescribed something I can’t take, then wouldn’t work with me or insurance or even the pharmacy to make it work. So I ended up going without anything and being treated a few days later at the dentist.
Other than that, this is literally an antibiotic/drug mill. You can actually pick what you want and even pay extra for a work/school note. It shouldn’t even be a service
