Pricing model and subscription system are unclear and not transparent, often requiring additional purchases for points to download documents. I was looking for a past exam for a course, and thought if I subscribe for one month for £15,61, I can get the past exam questions. However, once I subscribed, and wanted to access the document, I had to buy an extra £33,84 in points. I was forced to do this as otherwise I would have wasted the initial £15,61. This is obviously one of those sites that has a revenue model that relies on misinformation to get people to sign up and then pay double more. WHAT A RIP OFF!

The platform is okay,, I have used it to study but I tried to upload my notes they are getting views but no one using them for studies. Someone cant easily leave a review on a very good document after using it so that to help others get it. I cant also talk to my fellow learners
