Have used them one 2 or 3 separate occasions now for Death and Birth certificates. Found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt in their communication. Very pleased to have discovered them as an alternative to Embassies who are frighteningly ineffective

I was a potential new client. Never used this service before. First person of contact was Machelle Munroe. All I can say is rude, abrubt, no people skills and very unprofessional. Completely taken back by how you can be so rude and unprofessional over the phone for no reason at all. Very bad first impression of the company. I'll spend my money somewhere else. Very disappointing.
Very thankful to Docassist. They were very quick to respond to my emails and questions. I made a number of mistakes transferring money but that was my fault. They were very quick at getting the cert I needed and delivering them to Ireland.
