Hussain Shah the gentleman that i got over the phone regarding just some general inquiries was extremly helpful and was able to completly discribe everything to me in a quick, easy and understandable fashion. Was a enjoyable experiance.

Hussain Shah was really helpful. Unlike the other staff I spoke to the other day who was not helpful. He took out his time to assist me and resolve the issue which I have been having for a while.

Dire customer experience in every regard, the one star review is in lieu of a zero star option. A 60% increase in monthly bill came into effect upon migration from another service provider (with whom out house Hong had an all inclusive, fixed rate tariff), which was rectified to a 45% increase after prolonged and often fruitless attempts to contact DoEnergy. This fixed tariff was then reverted to the 60% increase in the space of approximately six weeks after being explicitly reassured that our household was on a fixed tariff. Following this, I was buttoned twice when attempting to contact DoEnergy to discuss the issue. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I am new to Do Energy and was unable to reach anyone on the phone and unable to login to the portal. Hassan was able to quickly take care of my issues, and I feel that I am getting closer to getting the broadband turned on. He was extremely helpful and patient to make sure he fixed my login problem and waited to see if it worked.

The advisor i spoke too was a lovely gentleman called Aaron and he massively helped me with my bill payments as I had fallen behind a little. During the whole call he never made me feel silly or tried to belittle me an any way, he was really kind and helped me. If your looking for anyone to handle your house bills I cannot recommend them enough.

This company is just the worse. They took 2 months to install the internet for me. I had to call like 50 times to escalate this and for it to be fixed.
And now every single month the overcharge me and I have to do escalations for it to be fixed. And the customer service, specially Carter is terrible.

We had some teething problems signing up with Do energy for our first home, and somehow our calls kept getting through to Hussain, who is a treasure! Every issue has been resolved easily, efficiently and happily by him, helping us to settle into a new house and helping to alleviate my and my wife's worries. From helping with meter readings, to resolving complex billing issues, to helping ensure our water company know that Do Energy is in charge! Hussain is A fantastic member of the team and I know if we ever have issues he's the one for the job!

Completely inept at responding to communications (randomly closing tickets, waiting over 3 weeks - so far - for replies to some emails), and also just completely overpriced. Please, just set up your providers yourself, it is not difficult (the companies want your business, they make it as easy as possible!), and you'll save so much money and hassle.
