Extremely pleased with not only the customer care and knowledge by the guys in Cardiff but the work is second to none, my M4 Competition had a new back box with new valves and quad carbon fibre tailpipes which look and sound stunning !! Had a issue with a stainless steel exhaust bough off Ebay, I couldn't find the exact exhaust anywhere for my Fiat 500s 105bhp Twinair so opted for a Gravity performance cat back system designed for a Fiat 500 1.2, thinking this might be a good option, it came and I was very impressed with the quality, but the system came without the resonator that my car had on the standard exhaust, I fitted it and ended up buying new exhaust clamps as the ones supplied wouldn't fully clamp up and stop the leaks, with it finally sealed and fitted time to test, OMG it's loud, I drove it to see if it was something I could live with or not, and unfortunately it was the latter, it's just too noisy.
Now enter DK Performance Ltd I did price up a resonator on eBay but needed to see if I was going in the right direction, so messaged them on their web chat and explained what I wanted to achieve, and called them later in the afternoon,DK Performance has a slot available on the same day so they could look at my system and advise what was needed, they quite rightly pointed out the the Gravity exhaust was hanging quite low to the ground and simply adding a resonator would reduce this further causing issues going over speed bumps etc, and advised they could re shape the pipework to enable the resonator to clear the floor, they also said they couldn't guarantee the sound reduction by adding the resonator would be enough as my engine is quite lumpy and being a two cylinder will have a very lumpy distinctive note due to the way it fires.
Anyway taking in board what they said I agreed for them to do the work, they removed my system and re shaped adding a couple of bends to take the exhaust up into the space where the original resonator fitted and added an additional front support bracket to exhaust to carry the weight of the new resonator, to take the stress out if the flex joint, they welded in the resonator to the now reshaped exhaust pipework, and wow, it's made the car much more drivable, and although not as quiet as it was when accelerating it's way better than it was, the exhaust is still very free flowing and I can definitely feel the turbo boost come in with a little more punch!
I can highly recommend them for any exhaust issues the were willing to work with what I had, and we're able to tune the exhaust to deliver almost perfection, I'm probably being very picky here as I'm not a boy racer or a spring chicken for that matter at 65 but it's as close as I think anyone could get given they were working with someone else's product, anyway please bear them in mind if you need advice or a modification to your existing exhaust set up!
They are very friendly and approachable, and very professional in the way they carry out any work, you're involved at every step of the way, and this is simply not what I'm used to, they didn't disrespect what I'd tried to do and were happy to help rectify this.

Fantastic customer service and the items were delivered the day I was promised. Would definitely recommend DK performance for wheel and tyre packages.

I have no problems with the delivery service ,however after consultation with the garage I was sent the wrong size alloys ,,consequently I have had to buy 4 new tyres as well. And now have amber and red lights on dash appertaining to NO ABS ,NO EBD ,NO EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM,PARK BREAK SYSTEM FAULT .I am now having to take car to a jaguar landrover specialist. Not happy !

Avoid at all cost.

I brought my car in for a clutch replacement only. The car was running fine — no leaks, no warning lights. I have the recovery report to prove that.

They quoted me over £900, while other small garages (same size as theirs) quoted from £588, and Halfords quoted £821 including VAT. Their price didn’t even include VAT. After I pushed back, they reduced it to £880, which was still unreal.
I only agreed because moving the car would have cost me even more. I honestly wish I had taken it elsewhere.
After the job, I got the car back in worse condition:
– Turbo pipe broken
– Engine hose disconnected
– Oil leaking underneath
– New engine warning light on
I asked what happened, and they just said: “It’s an old car, things break.” That’s not an explanation — that’s an excuse for bad workmanship.

I truly believe they caused more damage because I questioned their price. They didn’t care and just wanted to get rid of me.

I regret ever trusting this garage.
Avoid this place at all cost.

I spoke with DK Performance on WhatsApp about fitting some particular tyres to the wheels I was looking to order. Very good communication and they were very helpful, although I had to decline their offer and order just the wheels instead. I ordered on their website where they required the registration number of the car. The order was delivered very quick (next day by 10 AM) and I was surprised to find in the package new bolts and stickers for the centre caps to match my car.
